"The place was extremely smelly. Very very bad odor. The beds sheets were not clean. Kitchen was dusty. Seems it wasn't used for a while. There were not enough towels."

"There is much more to say but overall, I was reminded more of student accommodation than holiday accommodation for grandparents and guests. I fear the stairs and general state of the place led 2 of our party and their child to refuse to stay and they moved to an hotel. Headline pricing for our 6 nights had been significantly increased as a result of needing to sleep 7, with hindsight strengthening the impression of student accommodation let by the person. I will have overpaid by 3 persons too....

"the house was in an excellent location as we were at an event at sports arena kettering very easy to find with convenient parking and east to access the property - host had left milk butter jam biscuits etc with clean linen and towels a very nice touch the house was clean the only downside was there was 2 single beds and 1 double where the app shows 3 queen size beds - it was OK but not what we expected and unfortunately the sofa was very uncomfortable and quite marked which was a shame - we...
