"The only thing we didn't like is the “resort credit.” It was not fully outlined as in detail to how it works and technically it is not a “resort credit” but coupons that could be used towards services making it discounted. We had a $654 “resort credit” that we were not able to truly enjoy and it was one reason why we had chosen this resort. Please outline the criteria a lot better to explain that it is not a “resort credit” but credit that is ultimately allocated as coupons off certain amenities at the resort. I would hate for other guests to be deceived or fouled thinking it’s an actual resort credit that could be used at the gift shop, spa and/or etc. Please be warned that once again it is money that is allocated toward a coupon off a service. Other than that the resort was amazing and staff was very friendly "

"Love the fact that its close to the airport and I love the staffs. They are friendly to help you out. And the rooms are all nice and clean. And I cannot forget the breakfast and lunch and dinner. That's all so good. So that's why I can't come in back. Thank you Toby's for a great time "
