"We loved this property and it worked out perfect for our trip. Everything you will need is at this property. Sadly there were two instances were we had to work with a repair person that interrupted our stay a bit. But the real issue came on the last day. Sadly, the next guests arrived before 8:30 am (we told the host we would be out at check out--10). They parked in the driveway and walk to the back patio and starting checking out the property! I went out and and asked them what was up and they told us the host said they could use the dock! We were not told any of this. So we pulled our shades down and locked the house. Next they pulled up a boat on the dock! The worst part of the situation was the host gave my personal phone number to these guests so they could apologies. The host never asked permission, just gave my personal information to someone else (whom I didnt know). I am still in shock that I had to deal with either of these situations. While I got an apology from the host, its not enough for breach of my privacy and the interruption from the next guest on our last day."

"The property was beautiful and very clean. The pool and patio were absolutely awesome and very relaxing. The property was maintained on a regular basis by a pool and landscape services. We had an issue with the washing machine leaking and the owner was contacted and promptly fixed the issue which was greatly appreciated. Future recommendations would be beach chairs and umbrella for the beach. We headed to a couple beaches in the area and beach chairs would be a welcome addition. The kayaks in the listing were not there which we were looking forward to. All in all this home was a wonderful place to stay and we would recommend it and stay again in the future."

"The house was ideal for our family of 10! We had everything we needed in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed seeing manatees and dolphins from the dock. It’s a little over an hour drive to Key West so not too bad."

"We were thrilled to bring our fur-baby along-the location beside the canal was fantastic. I enjoyed laying in the lounge chairs canal-side while my kiddos fished from the dock. The home was clean and as described. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked many meals there. Alex was a friendly host and responded promptly to all inquiries. We would love to return!"
