Welcome to the Southern Comfort in Key Colony Beach FL. A cozy and comfortable waterfront home getaway nestled in the serene Key Colony Beach! Located at 441 10street Key Colony Beach, FL. This intimate home, located in a quiet street in the City of Key Colony Beach with short walking distance to Sunset Park. This home offers a truly tranquil escape for your vacation. With its 37.5-foot dockage, it's perfect for boating enthusiasts and water lovers. Easy access to both Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf.

This charming retreat features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, providing ample space and privacy for up to four people. The interior is thoughtfully designed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere, making you feel right at home. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your favorite meals with ease, while the cozy living area provides a perfect spot to relax and unwind.

This home features a big parking for two cars and one boat trailers, oversized washer and dryer, bait freezer, gas grill, and high speed internet. Heavy duty laundry room in closet in the master bedroom.

BEST Place EVER
We had a wonderful experience staying at Southern Comfort. Everything we needed was just on point. The outside are is fabulous and we were able to see manatees and several other forms of marine life. The waterfall was so soothing as sat and sipped drinks in the evening. Patti is the perfect host. She was available at all times if we needed something. Have already booked for Feb 2025! Best VRBO we have ever stayed in at KCB. A very short walk to Sunset Park where the views of the sunset are spectacular! A definite A+.......

A Wonderful Getaway!
We had a wonderful Thanksgiving week at this cozy home! Everything was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed nights under the Tiki and loved having a nice grill for steak and lobster dinner. Great for morning coffee, too! The dock space was perfect for our boat with easy access and we were able to enjoy our days out fishing. One of our favorite trips to the Keys!

We had a wonderful week at Southern Comfort. Very clean, updated, well stocked kitchen to name a few. We enjoyed spending every evening under the tiki hut and several days at the beach club that is included. The owner was very responsive to any questions. I would highly recommend this property to a friend looking to visit Marathon.

The Relaxation We Needed!
This was a retirement trip, seeking relaxation, food, drinks and fun in the sun! Southern Comfort had as much as we needed and more. The home had everything we needed to stay home and cook or relax after outings. The tiki hut sold us in this rental and it delivered, as 90% of our awake time was spent under the hut! Here, we watched boats, my husband caught fish and we had many flying wildlife visit! The Cabana Club perk was especially nice to swim and beach comfortably. I highly recommend this vacation home.
