Sitting on the area's unique canal system, enjoy your favorite drinks on the patio with views of the water. Bright and spacious, the interior features all of the comforts of home.

Though it will be hard to leave the comfort of your private oasis, you will have access to the Cabana Club pool, amenities, and beach access sitting a half-mile from your front door. Return home with sun-kissed skin and hop into the full kitchen to make a fresh recipe as the sun goes down. Plus, you can bring your boat along, as there is a private boat dock for your convenience.

When you aren't lounging by the pool or tanning on the sand, there is a wide variety of activities and attractions to check out nearby. The golfers of the group will be glad to know that Key Colony Beach Golf is within walking distance. If you are up for a bit more adventure, rent a few bicycles and cruise along the bike paths to Sunset Park or Key Colony Inn for a bite to eat! Venture out a bit more and you can have a blast at the Dolphin Research Center, the Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, or the Turtle Hospital. Feel like indulging in even more adventure? All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Seven-night minimum stays only.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
