Check-in is contactless. After you complete our quick check-in form, we'll send your access details and arrival instructions before your trip. Check in any time after 4:00 PM; check out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late checkout may be available on request.



The Neighborhood:

Key Colony Beach is a quiet, walkable island community in the heart of the Florida Keys — a small grid of streets surrounded by water, with a private beach, a golf course, and a marina. You're minutes from Marathon's restaurants and charters, with Sombrero Beach, the Turtle Hospital, and the Seven Mile Bridge a short drive away.



Local favorites: Sparky's Landing, Sunset Grille & Raw Bar, Burdines, and The Island Fish Co. for fresh catch on the water. Publix and Winn-Dixie for groceries; Fishermen's Community Hospital is close by.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended in the Keys. From Miami International (MIA) it's about a 2-hour drive south on US-1 / the Overseas Highway — one of the most scenic drives in the country. Key West is roughly an hour south; Key Largo about an hour north. Your assigned parking space plus guest parking are on-site.



Other Things to Note:

A few things for a smooth stay:

- This is a no-smoking, no-pets, no-parties home, per Monroe County and HOA rules. Quiet hours apply out of respect for neighbors.

- Weekly stays (7-night minimum) - the right speed for island time.

- Please don't put grease down the kitchen sink, and set the A/C to 78°F at checkout.

- Traveling June-November? That's hurricane season - we recommend travel insurance for peace of mind.

We will be accessible 24/7 for our guests via phone, text, or the Airbnb app. Expect a quick and prompt response. We give our guests space but are available for every inquiry.
