All in pristine condition. 45 x 80 fenced in yard w/canopy for boat storage. The community has a voluntary homeowners park with a private sandy beach & 2 boat ramps, picnic/swim area. Centrally located close to Publix for shopping, banks, great restaurants, parks and so much more.

Great little mobile home

Perfect getaway for the fisherman - lots of room on property for your boat and excellent ramp facilities Great decor makes the place feel bigger and the outdoor porch was perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails - nice little beach for the littles too
