- Step off the boat and into your Keys retreat. This brand-new, single-story home sits right on the water with private dockage — perfect for arriving by boat or heading out to fish, snorkel, or cruise the backcountry at a moment's notice.
Built just two years ago, everything is fresh and modern — open layout, clean finishes, and a seamless flow between indoors and out. The indoor/outdoor kitchen and dining area makes entertaining effortless, whether you're coming in from a day on the water or firing up one of the two BBQs on the covered patios.
With a large covered patio both in the front and back, there's always a shaded spot to unwind — morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or just watching the water go still.
Set in a quiet residential neighborhood, it's peaceful without being remote. You're in the heart of Key Largo with easy access to everything the Upper Keys has to offer.
You will have free use of my fishing rods & reels, bikes and Kayaks.
There is a community Beach and Boat Ramp.
There are 20 restaurants within a mile and 50 within 5 miles.
