This townhouse is fully furnished and can accommodate parties up to 9 guest. It has 3 floors with patios and balconies facing the front and back, overlooking a lushly-landscaped saltwater lagoon with sandy beach. It has a full kitchen with all the appliances, cookware, and dinnerware necessary to prepare your favorite meal.

Nice Stay in the Keys!

Townhouse felt like home was well furnished with everything you need for a nice Florida Keys getaway. Close to many great restaurants and attractions that you don't need to drive real far and get to beat the local traffic. Would recommend if you need a nice home base to explore the beautiful surrounding area.

Great Location in Key Largo

Our family had a great vacation in Key Largo. This condo was in the perfect location. The property is very clean, and there are many things to do to keep everyone entertained. We also enjoyed hanging out on the screened in porch facing the lagoon. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a family vacation

The condo and location for our family was perfect…3 families that included toddlers and elementary age children and grandparents. Boat slip within property made it very convenient for those wanting to fish and the lagoon beach was great for the toddlers. Condo was VERY well stocked as well

Private Lagoon…..yes, please!

We loved our stay at Kewama. Such a cool place with a number of things to entertain ourselves and our kids. Fishing at the point, snorkeling in the lagoon with tarpon and parrot fish, riding the golf cart and bikes around the property, kayaks, SUP, the fun never ended. The condo is quiet, cozy and slept well also. Would highly recommend to those that like to stay and play!

Great Property!

We spent Christmas here and loved the property. The Christmas tree was an added bonus! It is well stocked with all of The essentials plus a lot of extras, such as kayaks, SUP, grill and golf cart. It was a friendly area and we can’t wait to return!

My calves are tired from all the stairs but the unit was clean, had great living space, and was in a fantastic location. The resort/ club has a lot to offer. The golf cart was fantastic to go to the beach area but it's pretty walkable overall. Very responsive host. We had a great time, thank you!

Great Location

Anna and Tony went out of their way to make this a wonderful stay. I cannot say enough great things about Tatiana at the Security Gate as well. Make sure to bring some cat food to throw to the fish in the lagoon!

Wonderful family stay

We had an excellent stay for the week of New Years. Grandparents, parents, and two young children (4 and 2) were able to enjoy this property. Our only hiccup is that we ran out of toilet paper but otherwise it was perfect. We want to come back again next year!

The house was so clean! It had everything we needed as far as living arrangements! Obviously, we had to supply our own food and stuff. The host was very gracious when it came to anything we needed or had concerns about! We LOVED it!! Such a cute little home!

Christmas in Key Largo

Sparkling clean. Lots of room on 3 levels. Great spot for little kids - pool, lagoon, ocean. Something for everyone. We hope to return next year. Anna always responded promptly to any questions asked.

The perfect vacation rental

This property is absolutely beautiful and the perfect location within Kawama- within just a few steps of the lagoon beach and the smaller pool. Our whole group enjoyed the thoughtfully furnished condo that gave us plenty of space to spread out. The well stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. Having access to a golf cart and kayaks was a huge plus. I’ve already booked our return trip next year, we all agreed we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.

Resort vacation

We had a beautiful island themed 3 level condo in Key Largo. Three bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, screened balconies. Fully equipped including beach/pool toys, fishing equipment, bicycle, golf cart. Lush surrounding...2 pools, playgrounds. Immediate contact with owner. Would go here again!

Bucket list trip

This was a family vacation with 11 enjoying the week. The Florida Keys were on our bucket list and the trip was incredible. Our condo was like being at home. Very comfortable, beautiful decorations and very accommodating. The property was beautiful the amenities were incredible and the golf cart was a life saver. The raccoons and the iguanas were entertaining. I can’t tell you how incredible your condo was to help our week be perfect. We will be back. The crazy Jaggears Bunch

Key Largo Fishing Trip

This property was perfect for our family. The kids had a blast in the lagoon just out of the back door and the property was centrally located to everywhere we needed to go. There were plenty of sleeping spots, a nice kitchen/family room for gathering, and the back porch was perfect for enjoying an evening cocktail. We look forward to returning to this property soon!

Fantastic Vacation!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo. Everyone had plenty of room and enjoyed the comfortable furnishings, screened balconies, and beachy decor. Wonderful Family Vacation Unit

Our extended family of six (three adults and 3 children) stayed at Unit K3 for six nights and seven days during June 2022. This is a tri-plex unit with a bed and bath on each floor (the second floor had 2 bedrooms). We loved the three floors so we could space out, watch tv, read a book, cook, nap, etc. My son who is an avid fishman was worried about not having the proper fishing equipment; once we arrived, he was excited to see all the fishing poles and buying live bait was just a walk down to the fishing market. The girls were excited about the kayaks, boogie boards, stand up paddle board, floaties, etc. Everything you need is here! My favorite amenity were the balconies. I love fresh air and being able to be chill but still be close to the action. The balconies provided just that. Plus, the iguanas would climb the trees for your viewing pleasure! (I was a little anxious about all the iguanas, but they were so sweet and not mean or aggressive in any way. ) The propery has a wonderful saltwater lagoon. We live in Arkansas and are used to swimming in creeks, rivers, and our saltwater pool. The lagoon was magical. We were able to snorkel and see fish, swim to the swim mat, kayak, and paddle board throughout the lagoon. We loved it. There are aireators to keep the water flowing and fresh. The man-made beach at the lagoon was so nice! It is situated under palm trees so you can lay back in a lounge chair and just enjoy the breeze and solitude. There are two pools you can swim in. They were very well maintained. My son spent most of his time at the jetty near the marina. He caught several different species of fish and will always remember them! Be sure to visit the end of the jetty as the sun rises or sets for a beautiful view. My son and I visited the beach near the jetty. It is only visible during low tide. You will find lobsters, crabs, fish of many colors here. It is where he spent from sun up to sun down! The unit has a golf cart for discovering the resort easier. There are grills located throughout the resort. I would highly recommend Kawama Unit K3. Our family will be staying here again.
