Walk down the stairs and you are at Oceanside Marina where you can rent a wet slip or book a sport fish or center console for what Key West is known for. THE FISHING!! Connected to Oceanside Marina is Yellowfin Bar and Grill where you can enjoy a meal and even have your catch prepared for you. Within minutes there are 5 or more restaurants. Cuban, American, Italian, and Mexican restaurants... Something for everyone!! Just a short drive and you are at Duval Street where you can enjoy the Key West night life then return to your peaceful home away from home. If enjoying peace and quiet is more your style, Sit back and enjoy the ocean breeze from your large balcony. This property also comes with an assigned covered parking spot.
