Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire 1200 sq ft condo, including the two bedrooms, two bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, and the living and dining area. Enjoy the private balcony overlooking the marina and heated pool, with direct stair access to the docks. Utilize the on-site amenities such as the heated pool, boat slip, tiki bar, BBQ grills, and free parking. A private elevator ensures easy access to the condo floor. You're also welcome to enjoy the adjacent park with tennis courts.

Surrounded by crystal-clear waters, the island is a haven for boating, fishing, snorkeling, and diving. But there’s just as much to explore on land: historic homes, world-famous landmarks like the Hemingway House and Southernmost Point, and lively streets filled with art, music, and culture. Despite being just 4 miles long, Key West is packed with over 200 restaurants and bars, from toes-in-the-sand beach bars to upscale waterfront dining. The sunsets are a nightly celebration, and the community is known for its warmth, creativity, and come-as-you-are attitude. Whether you’re here to unwind or explore, Key West has a way of making you slow down, breathe in the salty air, and enjoy every moment.
Getting Around:
Our location is ideal for exploring Key West by foot or bicycle—everything is close by! Many guests also enjoy renting electric carts, which are widely available on the island, and we can accommodate plug-in access if needed. You really won’t need a car unless you're driving down Route 1 from mainland Florida. Lyft and Uber are also readily available throughout the area for added convenience.
Other Things to Note:
Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. The base rate covers up to 6 guests; maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Guests #7 and #8 incur a fee of $100 per person per night, and all guests must be included on the reservation prior to arrival.
We welcome one dog up to 25 lbs with a $200 non-refundable pet fee.
Free parking on-site is guaranteed for one vehicle, which include a golf cart rental.
Dockage details: maximum boat length 40 ft, maximum beam 13 ft, with an 18-ft fixed bridge clearance into the marina. Overnight stays on boats are not permitted.
All guests must be at least 25 years of age unless accompanied by a parent.
Tropical Environment Reminder: Our home is treated monthly by professional pest control, but in Key West’s climate, occasional insect sightings are possible. If anything arises during your stay, we will promptly arrange a professional inspection and treatment. Access to the property must be permitted for service.
Interaction with Guests:
I will not be on the premises during your stay. The unit is professionally managed by Keys Time Vacation Rentals.
There is no in-person check-in required. You’ll have digital access to the property via keyless entry codes for the condominium elevator and common areas. Your unique condo unit access code will be provided at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
Maintenance support is available 24/7, should any issues arise during your stay.
