Great location, easy communication, parking included. Enjoyed our stay although we were unable to get the bedroom tv to work. Downside was definitely noise. The walls are pretty thin. You can hear the neighbors if they are making noise and the garbage collection in the early morning is very loud. Still the rest of the experience was great!

Very Nice Place To Stay

This property is very nice. It has all the accommodation's that is needed to stay. The location is pretty central to anything you want to do in Key West. The staff communicated with us before and after check in I would highly recommend staying here

The unit was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.It was close to everything and we really appreciated the parking.Just a couple issues:No spatulaNo hot water in the kitchenThe sofa bed is in bad shapeAnd finally, as with most places, not enough towel racks in the bathroom and no shelf in the shower.

Great stay but…

This apartment was just right. Great location. Within walking distance from everything. The only issue, which I know maybe out of the property management company, but we had to kill a roach 😞 and there were very small ants that would bite. Overall though it was a great stay.

Close to everything!

This house is close to everything and walking around town is easy. It fit all four of us very well. It was a little noisy while we were there as there was construction going on next door and the house isn’t very soundproof. The balcony porch was a great place to drink coffee in the morning and also to sit and read.

Great little space in an awesome location. The street lights are very bright, if you're a light sleeper bring a sleeping mask. But don't let it stop you. Very comfortable, clean, a block from the free Duval loop bus and a parking spot included.

Good place for active people

Booked for one night and didn’t plan to spend much time there. Clean enough for us! Toilet needed a long hold on handle. TV was a bit messed upon arrival but my husband figured it out pretty quickly. Close to fire house several calls on a Thursday night but we were pretty tired from an active day and didn’t bother us much. Perfect location we rented bikes and kept our bags at the Vacasa main building after checkout. Thanks for offering this service!!

Cozy and great location

My husband and I enjoyed our recent stay in the Jamine suite. The place was super clean and we never heard or saw any neighbors. The "slow" season is a great time to visit Key West. Plenty to do without all the crowds. The house is on a beautiful street very close to all the fun on Duval Street. We appreciated the parking space since we parked there and then walked everywhere. We would happily stay there again. Check-in and out were easy and contactless. The VACASA staff were great with communication. The house and property are beautifully maintained. If you plan to do any actual cooking, be sure to bring all ingredients with you as there are no basic ingredients available. The Publix or Winn Dixie stores are not far though. You just need to drive to get there. The bed was very comfortable. No complaints!!!

Maintenance needed

Wonderful location. Walking distance to many things. Has parking if needed. Coffee pot was broken. Door knob fell off bedroom door. The pull sting for ceiling fan was broke and found in bedside table drawer. The ceiling fan could not be used unless light was on. Very thin walls you will be awake early. The side balcony with the chairs and table looks as if a person is going to fall through it. The wood is very soft. Would of been nice to sit out there in the AM while drinking coffee. I would definitely stay again because if the location and price.

Great location!

This was a great place to stay for a few days in Key West! The location is great being close to Duval street and we could easily walk to either end. We didn't have to use our car once after we arrived. The space was great and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

Close to everything

This property is only a short walk to Duval Street and it has its own parking lot behind the building. It was great to be able to come and go as often as we wanted to without moving the car. The apartment was bare bones, no frills, but it was very clean.
