Great location next to the beach and not far from downtown. Only complaint was the management refused to supply any dish soap despite repeated requests “we don’t have anywhere to store it “ (maybe with the toilet paper??) so we had to buy a whole bottle to wash 3 sets of dishes

Great time!

One photo implies an end unit, but that’s not the case. Was surprised there was no soap/shampoo/conditioner, etc. No frills for guests but beautiful view and very spacious!! Loved it. Pool was fantastic! My first time with VRBO.

Love the pool area

Don’t judge a book by its cover! I have to admit when we first walked into the office, I was very concerned that the place was run down. However, once in the condo, it was as expected from the listing and very clean. The pool area is absolutely beautiful. All the trees make it feel like you’re in a tropical oasis. I love that the swimming pool is right next to the ocean.

Week in Key West

This is a fantastic property in a great location on the island. We arrived around 10pm and security was not available to let us into the building. We called the after-hours number and were told he would be right there to let us in - after several minutes of waiting and still no one arrived some tenants let us in and we were able to access our lockbox. Also, the hall bathroom toilet started running after flushing and would not shut off. We were able to get it to stop but will probably need repairs in the near future. Other than that - we will definitely stay here again. Great condo with lots of room.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have to be quite by 10:00 and the WORST was they have COCKROACHES and not just one seen about 10 🤢🤮.beach is rocky . Also was eaten up by some kind of bugs all over our legs. Also folks are rude there !!!!

Beautiful and Very Clean Property

Caribbean Conch A203, is absolutely beautiful and very, very clean and well stocked. The only negative comments I would have, is that the master bathroom shower is very difficult to operate, I had to keep pulling and pushing the water knob, to get the water to finally come on. After the water came on, the shower was excellent and that is the biggest tub/shower, I’ve ever seen! The second complaint is that it’s a pretty good distance away from the elevator, but there’s nothing that can really be done about that and I’m probably just being lazy! Lol. The third thing is, the dishwasher had standing water in it and leaked when we opened the door, so we just washed the dishes by hand. Other than those small quirks, this place is the bomb and I would definitely book here again!

Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay and the property overall is a very nice property, however, there were a few "hidden" areas that should be stipulated in the property description. The unit itself was a little outdated, especially the master bedroom shower. It's a gigantic jacuzzi tub that is very difficult getting into and out of, and was just weird. There is no beach on the property, which said there was. There are chairs on a sandy area in the pool area, but there is no ocean access, it's all coral and rocks and seaweed, however, it is a short walk off property to Smathers Beach. The "commercial quality sleeper sofa" was horrible. No way anyone could sleep on that, thank god I requested a roll-away bed in advance in case the couch was unusable, which it was. Unit definitely needs some updating, but overall our stay was great. I would recommend it to people, but just know that it's outdated.

Great Views

Beautiful location, excellent views. Full-size washer/dryer a huge plus. Unit/furnishings outdated. Bi-fold doors didn't close properly. Door wall screens kept jumping off track. We also felt unit needed a deep cleaning. Inside of oven not very clean, ceiling fan blades dirty. Walls of smaller bath needed a good wipe down too.

This management firm is excellent. The property is worn and doesn't have many items we thought would be essential. Dish towels in the kitchen, a cutting board, pictures and furniture placed in appropriate location. The property is worn and it looks like the owners are not maintaining a beautiful location. I think we would keep the location, but find another condo. One that the owners maintain.

The location was great and the unit was clean. It was quiet and a nice area. The unit is very dated but that is not a big deal to us. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is on arrival the dish washer was full of water and would not work. Dishes from previous renters was inside. We left multiple messages with the management company and they did not return our call. A minor inconvenience, but I would think that the management company would at least return our call and let us know they are aware of the issue. Also, the fans on the porch would not turn off and exposed wires were hanging down.
