This bright and spacious Conch Cottage accommodates up to four guests. It features two bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed and a private closet, with a full bathroom conveniently located just outside.

Tall ceilings and abundant natural light showcase the home’s historic charm, while expansive shiplap cabinets frame the fully equipped kitchen—ideal for preparing meals and creating memories. The home also includes a Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, and 2-in-1 laundry for added convenience. Enjoy your morning coffee on the secluded front porch, or take a quick dip in the shared complex pool just steps away. Private parking on the property makes returning home after a day of exploring hassle-free.

Nestled in a charming Old Town neighborhood, this home is just a 10-minute walk from Duval Street. Nearby restaurant favorites include El Siboney, Seven Fish, and Sandy’s Cafe for delicious Cuban coffee.

Higgs Beach is only steps away, offering tennis courts, dog parks, volleyball courts, the West Martello Botanical Gardens, and Salute, a waterfront eatery. On a rainy day, visit the historic Firehouse Museum just down the street or pick up ingredients for dinner at Fausto's grocery store.

Getting Around:
One of the best things about staying in Key West is how everything is within easy reach. Don’t feel like walking? Pedal your way to breakfast or take a scenic bike ride along the water at sunset. Fury and Island Bicycles offer convenient bike rentals with pick-up and drop-off services right to your door. For a more leisurely pace, rent a scooter or golf cart from Minty’s and explore the island at your own speed. You can also use Uber, Lyft, or a taxi to get around, with Pink Taxi being a reliable and affordable option for airport transfers.

Your stay also includes one off-street parking spot in the gravel driveway, providing easy, anytime access.

- Please note this home is apart of a quad and has shared exterior spaces with three other close-by homes.
- There is a two-in-one washer/dryer located inside of the unit. Please note the machine is meant for small loads only and is slow due to the two in one capabilities.
- The minimum age requirement to rent this home is 25 years old.
- Pets are welcome! Our requirements are as follows:
•30lb maximum per pet
•$15/night per pet
•1 pet maximum
