The condo was just as described in the ad. The view was nice of the ocean. Parking was a little tricky with the construction vehicles being there but was manageable. If ever visiting key West again we would definitely stay here again

Great place

Really enjoyed the place, very clean and comfortable, great balcony overlooking the ocean. The amenities like the pool and hot tub were very nice and it's a short bike / drive / Lyft from everything in Key West.

Absolutely beautiful! Pictures don’t do it justice. We only cooked breakfast but I’d LOVE to have that kitchen. Plenty of space. If you enjoy sipping coffee on the balcony looking out at a tropical paradise, THIS is the place. The pool & spa were amazing About a 20-minute walk to downtown area. I rented a bike. Whitney was fantastic, replying within minutes when we had a question.

Great Stay!

This vacation rental was a great spot! Close to popular areas, rental was clean and comfortable and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. Had a great time and would come back again!

Our stay at In Good Spirits was great. The condo is very clean. Very well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. We would stay here again for sure.

Birthday in Key West!

Our stay at the condo was great! Very easy checking in and out. It was very clean and nice for all of us. Our only complaint if you want to call it a complaint was the very limited availability of parking. However, we were informed of the situation before we arrived. We ended up getting a decent parking spot and instead of driving ourselves to locations we took an Uber or Lyft. A helpful hint from a local-Lyft is much cheaper than an Uber!!

Beachy Vibe

This property had everything we needed. Check in was very easy. The location has quick access to all the highlights of Key West, yet far enough away that it is quiet and relaxing. Would love to return!

Great trip

It was just as advertised, Whitney was great with communication. It was spacious for our whole family! The only annoying part was all the locking of the doors lol making sure you have a key to get in everywhere and our door lock was funny. Would recommend this place!! The shower is amazing as well

Early summer escape

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice relaxing trip to a place we’d heard rumors about but never been. Besides an annoying parking situation, restaurants were very good, bars had lots of live music, and temps were surprisingly pleasant. Nice time.

Good location, fine accomodations

We (2 couples) enjoyed our stay in the condo and Key West. We parked our vehicle upon arrival and never got back in it, relying instead on Uber and the bicycles we had delivered to us. This unit is well equipped and in very good condition. Conveniently located between Smathers Beach and the south end of Duval Street.

Very good after a very poor start

Upon arrival, there was no water to the unit. Since we had just flown and driven into Key West we were looking forward to showers so this was very disheartening. Text to property manager were unanswered (next day he texted back), but after seeking out the security person, we were told that scheduled pump work was in process and water was due on in an hour. Five hours later water was restored. If this had been communicated at or before check in, we would have understood, but essentially not having water for 6+ hours after arrival was not acceptable. However, other than that, our stay was very nice. .

Great Week in Key West

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We felt the property was accurately described in the material provided on the Internet. The apartment was very spacious and comfortably furnished. We normally rent a two bedroom/two bathroom condo as having two bathrooms is more convenient for us. In this case, we didn’t need the second bathroom as the master bath had a dressing area with sink and another sink in the main toilet/shower area. The master bedroom and bath suite was very spacious with good dresser and closet space.Our only real complaint was the lack of good maintenance in a complex built in the 1980’s. Some minor things in the apartment were not working and the appliances were dated. We would not let these items prevent us from renting this unit again because the location, overall amenities, and security were all top notch. A caution on the location—this is not convenient to the main downtown area and parking in that area is expensive. We knew that and chose this location away from all the “action” on purpose. There are very good beaches and parks nearby, which suited our purposes, but your interests may be different. Check out the local maps on-line to ensure you know where the condo is located.

The condo is very clean and nicely decorated. Comfy beds, great kitchen and plenty of room for the family. Super pretty views, nice pool, workout facility, and a great location. Definitely recommend!
