CONSTRUCTION NOTICE- Balcony Restoration Project – 1800 Atlantic
Start Date: May 2025-Estimated Completion: Spring 2026
Please be advised that a balcony restoration project will be underway at 1800 Atlantic from May 2025 through Spring 2026.
Important Notes:
-Units available for booking will not be under construction.
-All amenities, including the pool, spa, and sunning beach, will remain open and fully operational throughout the project.


Poolside Breeze is a nicely decorated two bedroom 1st floor condominium with an excellent location very close to the pool. Poolside Breeze has an extra large floor plan with an extensive private balcony.
Gorgeous new Kitchen renovated in 2018. Both bedrooms and the living room feature sliding glass doors that open on to the private balcony overlooking the lush tropical courtyard of 1800 Atlantic. There is a full size fully equipped eat in Kitchen and a dining room area that seats 6. Full size washer & dryer in the unit. The Master bedroom has a king size bed. The guest bedroom has a queen and for your convenience there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the Living room. The unit has wireless internet. There are Mexican tiled floors in the living room and hallways with carpet in the bedrooms. Enjoy the tranquility that this property has to offer.

Minimum length of stay requirement may be in place depending on high/low seasons. For stays shorter than 4 nights please contact the office or email your inquiry.

The condo was amazing! So spacious and beautiful. We loved the big wrap around balcony. Very private! However, we weren’t aware of the nearness of the low flying, loud, military aircraft. The only other thing is the washing machine is easily unbalanced and I wouldn’t leave it unattended. But, I strongly recommend this condo.

LOVED it here

Thus place is better than the pics! So roomy, clean, and cozy. The master shower/tub was awesome. The wrap around patio was so nice. And the pool and hot tub topped it all off. We will definitely stay here again next time in Key West.

A nice stay outside of the hustle and bustle

We had a very nice stay. The pool overlooking the ocean exceeded our expectations. We had a lovely time renting bikes and biking around the island each day. The property itself is a bit dated, but can understand that for the reasonable price. The host was very responsive to any requests we had before and during our stay. Overall, it was a good experience and we would stay there again.

Great location and nicely sized

Condo is in a great location with a huge pool and beautiful view of the ocean. Nice large balcony that wraps around and private parking in a garage. There were some amenities that we felt were missing at this location vs some others we have stayed at like shampoo, conditioner and coffee. The dryer in our unit was not functioning either but other than that, it was a great overall stay.

A nice unit

I don't think this should be published but there were cockroaches in the unit. It didn't bother me but I am sure some guest would go nuts. We liked the overall location, the unit was well supplied. There was no view of the ocean and the "beach" supposedly had glass and debris on it. Driving in Key West is stressful.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is WAY too expensive for just an obstructed ocean view condo. Would not pay to stay here again. If you are looking for easy access to the beach and/or walking distance to downtown this is NOT where you want to stay. Also, this condo has absolutely NO cell service in the garage so if you happen to forget the key, you are stuck with NO way out of the garage OR inside the building AND no way to call or notify anyone of your situation. It’s an incredibly poor safety design. Since there is no cell service and no way to call anyone in the garage, there should be some feature to alert security. Anyway, our family was not impressed.

Wonderful!

This is a beautiful place to stay in Key West. The condo complex is impeccably maintained, with gorgeous sunrise views, plenty of places to lay out, a large pool and hot tub, even a sauna! The unit itself has a nice updated kitchen and bathrooms. Kitchen has everything you need including a regular coffee pot and a citrus juicer. The property management company was quick to respond when I had a question upon check in. Easy 15 Uber to downtown areas, and ubers went plentiful. Everything ran smoothly, we had a great trip, and we look forward to coming back!

Large appartement, very clean and nicely decorated. Great set-up with pool, hot-tub, Sauna etc. One damaged bed was repaired instantly. Would definitely book again, but for longer. Thank you!!

Beautiful and i would highly recommend for adults

There were a couple of broken chairs on the balcony and the permanent residents were not very accepting of small children but it is wonderful for adults and older children
