Everyone must be 25 years or older. Families are welcome as long as children are accompanied with their parents and primary renters are 25 years or older. We do not accommodate bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, student groups or construction workers-NO EXCEPTIONS

Great time

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: very nice condo with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The pool area was exceptional and the neighbors were wonderful.

The team was amazingly helpful with a last second reservation. A real personal touch! Easy to reach someone who could help with whatever complications I ran into.
