"The property was lovely - clean and spacious. Very nicely maintained with some fun wall decor throughout the house. Access was a little challenging up a spiral staircase although this was clearly stated at booking. Due to this, not advisable for elderly/frail people."

"This is a beautiful property in a good area. Highly recommend. 15 minutes walk to town centre, harbour in front of building with lovely walk. Bedrooms are spacious, as well as all other areas of this large two floor flat. Would definitely return again."

"This house really is incredible. The spec and finish of all the rooms and facilities are first class. The hosts were very helpful and made us feel welcome and at home. I’ll 100% be coming back here next time I’m in Plymouth. "

"First of all I had to drive up and down the road trying to find Chocos after the wrong postcode was on the details. Plymouth is one of the most difficult places to navigate around I’ve ever known The room was ok a comfortable bed and the kitchen was well equipped … I was very tired indeed when I arrived and due to dial to Santander on the Sunday afternoon. "We had a lovely few days in this very spacious, comfortable home. Peaceful location but just a few steps away from the Hoe seafront. The house has been really tastefully renovated. The four bedrooms (one ground floor and three first floor) are all very spacious doubles, with the master also having a nice en-suite. Apart from maybe a couple of eggcups (!) the kitchen had everything we needed for a self-catering stay. There is no outside space, but when you are close to the Hoe you really don’t...

Extreme heat during our visit so not possible to use Mezzanine which had TV and sofa bed . Upstairs bedroom hot!. It needs some fans...

"A very interesting house with parking in an excellent location between Exeter Street and Sutton Road so a short walk from the Barbican. Comfortable beds and minimalist style furnishings. We were lucky because the weather was warm and sunny."
