When I complained at check in, I was told that I wasn’t the only person who had complained but that there was nothing they could do about it. Not exactly a good start to the stay - having to navigate across a car park, in the dark and rain with a disabled adult and luggage! "

"Clean room, comfortable bed, excellent shower, superb service where nothing was too much trouble. good menu choice for evening meals - the lasagna was absolutely excellent with a great side salad and the best chips I've had for ages. The draught beer was great and not over priced .... all in all, to be recommended!"
