Steps from the gondola in this beautiful condo in the heart of River Run at Keystone. Located at charming Arapahoe Lodge, which is one of the closest buildings to the gondola. Top level unit, on the third floor, with VAULTED ceilings. Private balcony off of the living room AND the bedroom overlooking River Run, also with mountain view. Free underground parking with a heated garage. Elevator service up to your floor.

Once you are at the condo, you do not even have to leave River Run Village. Everything you need is just steps from your condo. River Run Village is the heart of Keystone. Great skiing, nightlife, restaurants, shopping and ice skating are steps away from your condo.

3 hot tubs and a large pool are also steps away from your condo. You can ski home for lunch. You can do an apres ski happy hour and be steps from your condo.

You also have a ski locker for storage of skis...so no lugging skis long distances. There is 24 hour lockout service and on site Keystone Management service to handle check in and any problems that arise. Check in is EASY...management will give you key cards at check in. No coded locks to frustrate you to get keys.

Great condo for a week-long ski getaway, weekend escape or summer hiking.

Property was very nice, location was amazing right above a grocery store and nice restaurant. Short walk to the lift, our 3 time to keystone and this unit was the best. Highly recommend

Appeared outdated and was overloaded with the smell of Pine Sol. It seemed as though it was cleaned to mask something other than having a deep clean. Check in was very quick and easy. Management was great. Great location.

The property listing was accurate and as expected. Great location near everything. The unit is in an older building that was experiencing some heating issues with the baseboard heaters. The bedroom and living room heaters had both started leaking during our stay pore

Great for the Conference

My friend and I stayed at the property for the Nurse Practitioner Symposium and this was a perfect place. We we very close to everything we needed, the condo was clean, and the owner responsive when we couldn't find the parking ramp. No issues what so ever.

The location of this condo is fantastic—just steps away from the mountain, making it super convenient for skiing and outdoor activities. However, the condo itself is in need of updating. Loved the "cabin" condo!!

Very comfortable bed. Close to the restaurants in River Run...walking distance. Loved the condo! Especially the underground heated parking garage....we arrived in the middle of a winter snow storm! Condo was very clean and everything was working great. Loved the historical Arapahoe Basin poster...circa 1947! We will be back again!

4 days at keystone

Fantastic location couldn’t be betterGreat location for familiesThe only thing that was not great was that you had to go to pickup a packet to check in down the road. Check in time is supposed to be 4 pm usually one would hope to get in early but they changed it to 4:30 pm and go to the office to get the packet instead of the lockbox. Then when checking out they changed the time from 11 am til 10 am who does that? But the condo location was great.

Short Getaway

My wife and I wanted to get away for a couple of days and ski. This Condo was perfect for what we wanted. We drove in and parked in the underground covered parking, grabbed one of the three luggage carts and took the elevator up to the room. Everything was neat and clean with a great view of the RIver Run village from the 3rd floor balcony. Check-In and Check-Out was easy, just as explained in the welcome information. The owner also checked in with us via the VRBO account to ensure everything was as expected. We never left the area, several restaurants, bars, shops, and a small grocery store right in the village. We skied 2 days and enjoyed the village for dinner, drinks, and sweet snacks in the evening. We have nothing but good things to say, highly recommend!

With 2 kids, this location is perfect. It's right over the ski school and grocery store and next to the kid's play area. I wish we could have stayed longer. The unit itself is clean and comfy but the condo needs work. The elevator had broken parts, the hot tub was out of order and the ski lockers are rotting out. But that didn't detract from the room, the view, and the fun. We would definitely go back. And the owner was quick to respond! The check in was easy (it's down the road). Great find!

We stayed 5 nights towards the end of July. There are so many pros, to list a few—The location was great and the access to pools/hot tub was a nice perk! The facility is well maintained and clean. Parking is included and the elevator is helpful! Cons that may only apply to me are the lack of clothes storage. I prefer to not live out of my luggage especially during a 5 night stay. A chest of drawers in the master would have been great! The kitchen was a little disappointing as you are only provided coffee for 1 pot. While the kitchen is stocked with plates, mugs, forks etc. be prepared to bring your own salt/pepper and oil. Overall, we enjoyed the beauty of Keystone. If you are a couple looking for a place we recommend this condo!
