Featuring three mountains, Dercum Mountain, North Peak, and the Outback, Keystone provides tons of skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, and hiking fun for all levels of expertise. You'll love staying in this convenient location in the heart of River Run Village, providing easy, year-round access to the mountain! Skiers will enjoy being just a stroll from the River Run Gondola and Summit Express Lift. A Ski School and equipment rental facilities are also within walking distance. After a day in the mountains, grab a meal or go shopping at one of the nearby shops.

There are 2 BEDROOMS in this unit and the majority of these units are arranged with a bed in each bedroom and a Murphy bed in the living area. However, bedding configurations can vary but rest assured all units will comfortably sleep 8 people.

The LIVING ROOM features a comfortable sofa, an armchair, a stone fireplace, and a TV.

Cook up a storm in the FULLY-EQUIPPED KITCHEN, complete with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. Eat your cooked meals at the dining table.

Freshen up in the 2 BATHROOMS, which include a shower, tub, toilet and vanity mirror.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at River Run Condos where our space is conveniently located. A damage deposit will be processed as a pre-authorization on your credit card and will be released after your departure provided there is no damage, items missings, or extra cleaning required.

Please note that a 13% of nightly rate property fee before taxes, covering reservations fee, housekeeping, departure fee and in-room amenities will be applied to each reservation and needs to be paid upon checkin.

LOCAL FAVOURITES

Our rental is just a 5-minute walk from Keystone Grocery & Gas, so you can pick up anything you may have forgotten to pack; however, we suggest picking up most of your supplies on the way to save a few dollars. The Keystone Gulch Trailhead and Keystone Resort are all just a 25-minute walk away! If you need to stock up on groceries, there is a City Market at 300 Dillon Ridge Rd, Dillon. For some good food and mountain views, head to Bighorn Bistro & Bar, you won't regret it! If you feel like having some delicious crepes, try The Crepe Stand.

Great news! As of May 12, 2025, all fees are now included in the final booking price.

We want to reassure our valued guests that while the new Kindred Resort is taking shape through the 2025 seasons, we're working diligently to minimize any potential disruptions. Although we don't anticipate major inconveniences, please be advised that there is a possibility of some construction noise during the day, as core structural work continues at the neighboring resort.
