Condo in River Run Only a Short Walk to Gondola, Shops and Dining!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom corner unit condo sleeps 6 with one king bed, one queen bed and one sleeper sofa. It features beautiful treed views and the corner unit location ensures a quiet stay. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, guests can walk to the high-speed gondola. Red Hawk Lodge offers shared amenities including an outdoor pool and two hot tubs.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area is warm and inviting and features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional linens are in a closet. The private balcony is just off the living area and offers treed views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and the dining area comfortably seats four. The first of two full bathrooms is just off of the living area and has a pedestal sink and shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary suite features a king-sized bed on our Ivory White Bedding program, a mounted flat screen TV and beautiful views from two windows. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a door separates the shower/tub combination and toilet area for added privacy. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed on our Ivory White Bedding program and a mounted flat screen TV. Offering added convenience, both beds have been elevated to allow for extra storage.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

Spacious condo in quiet section of complex with easy parking proximity

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and their was easy access to underground parking elevator, ski lockers, lifts and the square.

Amazing location

Stayed here for a few days with some friends for a ski trip and this place was amazing! The location was maybe a 2 minute walk to the main gondola and village. Space was clean and had the essentials.

Great Location

Plenty of room for my family of 5 with 3 teenagers. Included all of the necessary amenities. Easy walk to the gondola. It was nice to have the parking garage so vehicles are out of the weather.

short and sweet stay

We stayed at River Run condo for two days, when skiing at Keystone. The property has great location, 3 minute walking from gondola. Condo is clean and spacious, kitchen is well stocked. There are covered parking garage in the basement, ski lockers, game area in the lobby, and laundry facilities on all floors. Would recommend for family vacation at Keystone resort.

The condo was as described, although the furniture is updated. The layout worked well esp for just the two of us. The only thing I would recommend would be to bring some cooking spray if you plan on cooking in.

The thermostat was turned off the entire time and the temperature read 78. It was difficult for everyone to sleep at night because of the warm temps without cracking window. We reached out to the rental company and they said to look for another thermostat but offered no other solution. I would have given 5 Stars if the temperature issue was resolved. Also, the master tub was clogged when we arrived and we let them know.

This was a good location and priced well for what it offers. It has all the basic needs, comfortable beds. There could be some updates to make it nicer (especially if you like to cook) and more comfortable, but everything works as expected.

Walk to gondola lift

Overall good value and great access. Handy parking under property, walk to gondola lift, the furniture is a little dated and the space is a little cramped for 5. Could use some more hooks to hang clothes etc. in bathroom and bedroom, maybe loose the game cabinet in living area and rethink the dining table to give more open area.

The property was in a great location and we were able to walk around River Run and access the bike trails easily. The unit was clean enough (hair still in the bathtub) but the heating was still turned on which made it very hot in the unit. Fortunately, fans were provided and we contacted the management company about the thermostat/heating issue and was remedied within a day or so. Comfortable beds and furniture and a well-stocked kitchen with dining ware, although little space for your groceries. In all, it was very comfortable for our party of 3, and I would recommend it to others.

Living room and kitchen are smaller than they appear, but very adequate. Had the TV not working when we checked in, but management quickly fixed the problem. Had no hot water for about 1 hour one day, and no water the next morning for a couple of hours, otherwise a really great place to stay.

We didn’t use the community amenities so couldn’t speak to the condition or quality of these facilities. I’d say here again.

We were extremely disappointed that the billiards balls were gone as one of the reasons we rented here was for the game room for my kids. When inquiring everyone seemed to blame everyone else. The property blamed the property managers who blamed the HOA. The steam room was also broken.

Kitchen tool a little on the slim side. My problem in this condo was a loud clicking noise in the master bedroom, coming from outside? No one could figure it out for a week! Many of these units are owned by different companies....a little finger pointing. Lost a lot of sleep for a vacation. Make sure noise problem is fixed b4 you rent.....or bring ear plugs for night time.You will love the proximity to the gondola.
