This is a one of a kind condo featuring 3 bedrooms spread out over 1,262 sqft on the 3rd floor of The Springs. The view is unbeatable with a panoramic corner view, displaying Keystone and the Gondola at River Run. The condo has many upgrades including granite counters in the kitchen, stainless steel appliances and it's own in-unit washer and dryer. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning from one of the two private balconies or just sit back and enjoy the view of Colorado's best ski resort. In addition to the three beautifully appointed bedrooms, two of which have private bathrooms, the condo comes equipped with very large & comfortable designer leather sofas. While staying at The Springs you will also get to enjoy all the best amenities in Keystone from the incredible year long heated pool and hot tubs to a top rated fitness room and heated multi level garage.

Great location and wonderful layout

The property location could not have been better. A quick 3 minute walk to the gondola. Staying here with 2 families it was perfect to have a generous living area, 2 master suites and a bunk bed room. All the finishes and equipment in the unit were great. Could not get the TV to work, but that gave us more reason to unplug and play card games together. The host wa very responsive with any issues.

Festival Weekend

Our trip was great! The location is amazing, the condo is clean and well equipped, and the kids loved the bunk room! Great for 2 families; 2 king suites with attached bathrooms plus a great common space! Would love to stay here again.

Keystone visit

We had meetings in Keystone and needed a place to stay for the three of us. The only feedback I have is to provide more detail regarding parking and parking access, limited to one car and garage access location and instructions. If it was provided didn't see it.Thanks!

The condo is super close to the gondola. Even with construction, it is a quick walk to the village. The condo has ample room for a larger group.

Couldn’t have been happier with our stay at this property. Plenty of space, beds for everyone, heated garage and excellent proximity to the slopes. Can’t ask for much more.

Great place to stay at Keystone!

Or stay at this property went exactly as planned, and offered a bit more than expected for the family. Despite the construction you still get a good view of the mountain and it is a 5 min walk to the gondola! Highly recommended!!

Grandsons 15th Birthday!

Really enjoyed having 2 Masters for 2 families. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and great showers! Snowboarders had easy access to the gondola! Loved it!

Keystone vacation

We had an amazing stay at the Springs on our annual trip to Keystone. The condo was clean and very large. We swam and biked everyday then had s'mores at night. We're already planning our next trip!

Great Location, but Disruptive Construction

Our group of two families (four parents, four kids) stayed at this property for our very first ski trip, and while the location was excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the gondola—there were several issues that made our stay less enjoyable. The space was well laid out for our group, and the partial mountain views were beautiful.Unfortunately, the listing does not reflect the current reality of the property. A large construction project directly in front of the unit significantly obstructs the view, despite the listing photos suggesting otherwise. Construction noise began as early as 7 a.m. on weekdays, disrupting our sleep. Additionally, construction vehicles frequently blocked walkways, making the path to the gondola hazardous.Before booking, we inquired about the construction after seeing similar concerns in reviews, and the owner assured us there would be no impact. However, that was not the case, and our request for a discount given the misleading information was denied.Overall, the location is great and the unit is nice, but if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway without early morning construction noise and safety concerns, this may not be the best choice until the construction is complete.

Great condo

Beautiful place with great views. Construction is currently underway for additional resort buildings between The Springs and the Gondola, so walking around the site was the only unexpected challenge. Very accurate listing. Would recommend for a great vacation. Building has great amenities, also. Loved having the washer/dryer in the room.

Great Location, Outstanding Room Set-up

Great location within very short walk to slopes and River Run activities, shops and restaurants. Impacted by construction of Kindred resort but this will be temporary. Would appreciate some base-line items (starter pack of coffee at least for the first day). Ice maker needs to be repaired - otherwise unit is in outstanding condition! Love the two bunk beds providing 4 kids with sleeping access in 3rd bedroom along with a total of 3 bathrooms with showers. Overall Highly recommend.

Awesome but noisy

Great condo! Condo was very spacious with everything needed for comfortable stay. BUT the construction was unbearable! The crew started working EVERY morning at 6:15. The loud trucks beeping, machines pounding, hammering was nonstop from 6:15am to evening. Beware that it is difficult to get good nights sleep and relaxing time in this environment. The walk to ski lift was very easily done around the construction site. The noise and interrupted sleep from the construction site definitely put a damper on an otherwise great trip.

Beautiful But Frustrated!!

First off, the cleanliness and decor of this place is top notch! The communication and needs in the home were all met with no issues. Here is what i am frustrated with. I booked this place based off of the ratings and the pictures alone. I neglected to read the reviews and if I had I would have seen this place was surrounded by construction. From 7:15 to 5 each day except Sunday your greeted with heavy equipment beeping, chiseling, hammering yelling and banging. If you leave the windows closed and turn up the tv its tolerable at best. But, since the unit has no AC and the windows need to be closed during the day, the temps rise to the upper 70s or lower 80's when the temps outside are in the mid 70s. Also, since the construction safety fence was up in the back the access to the recpath is blocked off and only accessible by going out to the road and around the long way to River Run. In closing this frustration is NOT pointed at Oliver or his home, only the neighborhood construction and the crane operation right outside your bedroom window. Would i go back in a couple years after its all finished....absolutely, just not until then.

Location location location

Perfect place for ski in and ski out. The condo was perfect for our family and very comfortable. It is a great setup with TV in every bedroom. Kitchen was well stocked except for missing hot pads. A necessity if cooking, which we did. Unfortunately, even though check in was promised by 4:00, we arrived at 4:30 and were told the condo would not be ready until 5:30. Parking in the garage was a nightmare on the weekends. Hot tubs were filthy with at least a foot of foam- a very easy thing to fix with proper chemicals. No towels were supplied at the pool as promised and we were told to NOT remove towels from the unit. We had to break that rule! I blame all of this on very poor management. We would consider staying here again because we really liked the unit and location. Just beware the property is not well managed.

Very Convenient, perfect layout, but could have been much cleaner

We stayed with one other family in the condo, the double bunk beds, and two king rooms were perfect for what we needed. It took us just minutes to the gondola even with the kids. Heated garage was nice and convenient but we ended up walking the 4 floors to our room many times, since only one elevator was in operation at the time. The condo was in great need of a vacuuming, because there were crumbs and dirt all over the carpet and the couch, it felt overall unclean in a time when cleanliness is super important. The bath tub in one of the bathrooms was half full, but the water looked clean so we were unsure why it had been left full, and the walk in shower was gritty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned so no one used it. Over all linens and kitchen were clean and most of the bathrooms were also clean. We did go over and wipe down everything with Clorox wipes and washed any dishes we used before hand. Over all a good stay if only with someone would have vacuumed before our arrival, it would have made a huge difference. Check in and check out were super easy with no issues. Although they are allowing hot tub and pool reservations. All the slots were full by the time we arrived.

Great condo...... but

First off, Oliver's condo for the items that are within his control is great. if you are looking for a great place to stay this condo fits the bill. We were very excited when we booked. BUT pay attention to what others are saying about construction that will be going on through at least 2025. All the windows in the bedrooms and main room face the construction that you could throw a baseball and hit. There are appx 50 spot light on the new complex that stay on all night shining into every room in the condo. Once again, this is not Oliver's fault, its just a reality of the situation this property finds itself in. Soaking in the pools/hot tubs means construction workers staring over at your wife and daughters the whole time. They're building this new complex about 50 ft from pools. Also, they have the walkway closed so what used to be a quick walk to River Run Gondola is now a very dark walk along a sketchy pathway. When we arrived all of the pools were "closed indefinitely" but a post on Keystone's social media page seemed to rectify that issue quickly. I am giving the property 4 stars. Honestly, its a 5 star condo with one star problems that are outside of the owners control. I feel bad for Oliver because he used to have what I would call the absolute primo spot on the mountain. Now from the Pools, the common areas, Decks and Rooms all you see is a lit building under construction and construction workers checking out your daughters and wife in their swim suits.
