Great Property in a Great Location!

This property was very convenient for skiing. It's a 3 minute walk to the gondola. It's great staying inside River Run Village, because you're so close to all the restaurants and stores.

Walk to gondola!

The place was great and very convenient walk to River Run Gondola and the Keystone Village, especially with little ones. Kids had a great time on the mountain and exploring the village.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was super clean and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked and the location of the condo was fantastic! Ground level so kids can play outside while parents cook!

Awesome 2 Bedroom Unit. Great Location!!

Perfect stay! The property was exactly as described and just what we had hoped for. Comfortable, very roomy, clean and a great location. Great 2 bedroom unit on the first floor, which is very convenient. We have vacationed in Keystone for several years and typically stay at Red Hawk. This unit is well maintained and has everything a family could need for a week long stay. Very close to the Gondola and a short walk to the village. The owner, Brian, was very helpful and maintained exceptional communication before, during and even after our trip. We will definitely try staying in this unit again for future visits. Overall, it was another great family trip to Keystone and a great condo!

Best Host Ever

Property was well equipped, clean and perfect to have a ground floor patio for sledding and snow play with kids. Beds are comfortable and living area is spacious. The huge plus for this property is the owner. He contacted us personally after we booked. Gave us total access to his contact information and helped us on several occasions during our stay. Our drive home was delayed with road closures and he even gave us some tips to negotiate the circumstances. We have always stayed at Red Hawk, but now we have a favorite condo and will re book with this owner for years in the future.

Family Ski Trip

After reading some of the reviews, I was worried that the property would be outdated. Absolutely not! Everything was fresh and clean. Hotel linens on each bed. Quiet corner on the bottom floor of the building. Underground heated parking. Two minute walk to gondola. TV in each bedroom and living room. Plenty of towels, paper products and toiletries. Gas fireplace. Kitchen well stocked and clean. You won’t find a nicer ski in / out for the money at Keystone. I’m already booked for next Christmas break!

Location, Location, Location

We rented this cute condo for the month of August to escape the Texas heat. What an amazing location in Keystone. Our family loved the ground floor unit to pop out for a mountain bike ride on the wonderful paved trails through keystone. One day we did the bike ride from the condo all the way around Lake Dillion and back (4 hrs) what a great day. We will definitely rent this unit when we come skiing in the winter. The location to the slope is so close. The pool/hot tub was only open on weekends due to covid but it was a great place to relax after we conquered Mt. Elbert. The condo offered everything we needed for cooking in and the restaurants were great to order up food to go on the days we didn't feel like cooking.

Great time with family

We had a WONDERFUL time and this was the ideal location. Only downsides were the small TVs and the hottubs were not warm even after we reported to guest services. The property needed some cleaning spray as I was not able to properly clean the kitchen after cooking each meal. Also, the handle on the sink in the guest bath was broken/loose but this did not affect the functionality. We would certainly stay here again.

Absolutely loved the location of this property. I have owned a 2 bedroom condo in the village in the past and most are small. This unit is so large and would be very comfortable for a family of 4. The location is ideal to the village and gondola, yet super quiet.

Great location and nice condo

Nice size condo for 4 adults, but it needs a little TLC all around! The hole is still in the ceiling of the 2nd bath where a fan should be, that should be repaired by now (mentioned in other reviews), the Kitchen pans desperately need to be replaced and utensils were pretty sparse for cooking a meal. It definitely suited our purpose, but for the price, it would be nice to be in a little better condition.

The condo was nice and in a decent location. The hot tubs were on the small side. I really didn’t like Keystone for snowboarding. They have too many blue runs that need to go through green to get to the bottom. There are too many narrow passages to get to the bottom that are full on beginners. They don’t have lift access to any of their bowls. You have to hike.
