River Run Condo w/ Mountain Views, Overlooks Shared Pool & Hot Tub!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. It features slope views and overlooks the shared pool and hot tubs. Centrally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and festivities. Plus, you're a short walk from the high-speed gondola. Dakota Lodge offers shared amenities including the largest pool in Keystone with slope views and two oversized hot tubs. And it's next to Dercum Square that features an ice rink during winter and a mini golf course during the summer.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a stone gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Extra linens are in a closet. The private balcony is just off of the living area and offers beautiful views of the main ski run. It also overlooks the pool and hot tubs making it easy to see if other guests are using them.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats four and two additional chairs can be added. The first of two full bathrooms is just off of the living area and features a pedestal sink and shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary suite features a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV and slope views. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a shower/tub combination and a door separates the toilet area for added privacy. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a flat screen TV.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

Wonderful place!

Quick getaway for fall foliage!🍂

Property was very clean and cozy. There is a heated pool and hot tub that unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy. The parking garage is great since it has an elevator that goes straight up into the units. This unit has a view of the pool and the mountains. There are also carts to bring your things into the unit. Would definitely stay again.

So close to everything

Over looked the pool and hot tub. Great view. Checkin process was a bit much, going to a different location for the key. Also got about 10 communications to read/review the check in process. Otherwise it was pretty easy to do. I would have been happy with the initial email and 1 more 24 hrs before my visit versus the numerous ones I got plus the texts. Place was nice, seemed like it had decent amenities.

The unit is definitely aging though it was comfortable enough after a day on the slopes. 2 hot tubs worked well, as did the sauna. Nice fireplace in unit kept things toasty. As noted by others, the lighting in the unit is dim...a few updated fixtures w LEDs would go a long way. Also, the exhaust fan in the master bedroom sounds like a plane taking off; easy to replace as it is tied to lights - it will be heard.throughout the unit. Pillows/beds were mediocre. But, you’re paying for the location and amenities- and this place checks the boxes.

Lots of junk in the closets.I felt for the price, it was not up to snuff.

The TV has streaming apps, Hulu and Disney Plus, however no local cable or satellite. The kitchen is stocked with essential cooking utensils, silverware, plates and bowls. Full fridge and freezer, stove, over, microwave and dishwasher. The heated spa and pool made recovery from hitting the slopes relaxing and refreshing. If I’m being picky about one thing, this unit needs new carpet in the bedrooms. For those who own a Tahoe, Suburban, Yukon, or Escalade, your vehicle will fit in the garage but not with a Thule XL. We took ours off and put it in the Suburban to avoid paying for oversized parking at $25/night. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Condo Location

Nice condo in River Run with plenty of kitchen items provided for our stay. We appreciated the mountain view overlooking the pool. Nice living room area. Bedroom carpets need upgraded, but not an issue for us. Guest bed could use a better mattress topper. Appreciated the nice linens and towels. Would definitely consider this condo again!

The building was nice, underground parking made it easy to bring in luggage. The area was beautiful! We loved being able to walk out the door to restaurants, coffee shops, and even an art fair one day. Being right at the bottom of Keystone Ski hill and gondola made for great views. Lots and lots of beautiful hiking nearby - our favorite was Loveland Pass, West Ridge Trail - the views were spectacular! We already want to come back
