Don’t book this place!

Don’t book this place! I booked a last minute special deal for four nights. I tried to check in and could not. I called the number provided by hotels.com, the only contact information I was provided. The phone went directly to voicemail without providing any check in information. I called hotels.com customer service (twice) and the couldn’t get through either. My credit card was charged for all 4 days and I am still fighting for a refund.
