This updated fourth floor 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa. It features a private balcony with outdoor seating overlooking the Dakota Lodge pool and hot tub area and incredible slope views beyond that. Plus an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and hardwood flooring. This vacation rental is centrally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and festivities. Plus, you're a short walk from the high-speed gondola. Dakota Lodge offers shared amenities including the largest pool in Keystone with slope views and two oversized hot tubs. The complex is also right next to Dercum Square which features an ice rink during winter and a mini golf course during the summer.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a beautiful gas fireplace, a flat screen TV and a queen-size sleeper sofa. Extra linens are in a closet. The private balcony is just off of the living area and features beautiful slope views to the south.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors. The dining area comfortably seats four across a beautiful wooden high-top dining table.

The bedroom features a king-sized bed on our Ivory White Bedding program, a mounted flat screen TV, full-size mirror and closet for storage. The full bathroom is just across the hall and has a pedestal sink and shower/tub combination. The bathroom comes stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

Our ultra-premium linens rival those of The Four Seasons featuring extra soft, oversized towels and high quality bed linens that have a subtle satin stripe pattern for a look of elegance. Great view for coffee on the patio, cozy fireplace for that chilly night we had, and everything we needed within walking distance in the village! The property is very nice. A couple of things to note: 1 ) There is no air conditioning, so the windows need to be open. There is construction of new townhouses nearby so it is noisy. 2) Check out is quite early, 10:00 am.

The Dakota Lodge is well located, just a short 5 minute walk to the Gondola. The unit was well equipped with a nice balcony and great views. Really enjoyed the gas fireplace. The 430 check in time is a bit late, but it worked out for us. Hot tubs and pool weren't crowded, and also close to your room. Communication from the management company was above and beyond.

The pool and hot tub is located directly beneath the unit and can be noisy, however, it is closed down by management at 10pm. This was no bother to us but something to keep in mind. We hope to visit again next year, thank you!

Master bed is very comfortable. The 4th floor provides a nice view of slopes but the one elevator can be slow (used stairs many times). Dakota lodge has a great location (near gondola, ski rental, village, ice rink) and has convenient pool/hot tubs and ski lockers. PM did a good job cleaning unit prior to our stay. We would stay here again!

You have a view of the slopes, but I was a little let down with how the staff wasn’t very accommodating. Check in is not until 4:30-5 and check out is at 10. We asked for both early check in and late check out and they told us no for both. But that’s the only thing, otherwise, very clean and nice, bed was comfy and had everything we needed.

Management should notify owners who could then let people know of the issue before booking. Super great accommodations other than that.

First of all, property management was really helpful when I thought I might need a late checkout. Communication was great the throughout my stay. This property is on the 3rd floor of Dakota Lodge and it’s within a 5 minute walk to the River Run Gondola. The hot tubs and pool are a quick walk downstairs. No need to walk around to the elevator when the stairway is right outside the front door. The full kitchen allowed me to bring my own food and save some money. The living room area was really great after a long day on the slopes. The fireplace and giant smart tv with Netflix were nice treats. Everything was comfortable and cozy. And there’s a balcony! Only 1 complaint. The enamel on the toilet seat is worn and the wood is showing through. Please replace. Overall, I give the place a 9/10. I would definitely return.

The unit was nice, clean, and located in the middle of river run, so if you want to ski/snowboard it's easy access. The only gripes I had were the whole unit reeked of air freshener and it gave us a headache when walked in. Additionally, the garage parking is 7.5ft and my vehicle would not fit. This was not listed under the description and I had to pay $25/night to park my vehicle in a lot across the street. Not ideal.
