"Though off-season, the staff was always attentive. Loved the room, the garden and the pool. The grounds were a welcome oasis from the hustle bustle of Khajuraho. The restaurant was quite good. "

"Good: Staff was friendly. Property is within walking distance to te main attraction and market/restaurants. BAD: Front of the property is a dumping ground for trash. Walkways to and from the property is not a pleasant one. Hot water for shower was an issue. No matter how hard you try as per the instructions you will get luke warm water for a few second then it turns to cold. Staff kept giving you lame excuses for that. Room was dusty, thick blanket had dust too and never cleaned. I kept sneezing/coughing."

"There are lot to improve with limited additional expenses. Towels are too old, pillow cover is not big enough, there are lots of flies in the dining area. In bathroom please add cloth rack, shampoo etc."
