"absolutely perfect from beginning to end. It’s honestly hard to find the words to describe how amazing this place is — we truly felt like we were in paradise. The hotel is stunning, the surroundings are breathtaking, and every little detail is taken care of to the highest standard. Everything exceeded our expectations. What made our stay even more special was the incredible staff. The service was outstanding — professional, warm, attentive, and always with a genuine smile. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure that our stay was unforgettable. Banyan Tree Krabi is not just a beautiful hotel; it’s an experience we will remember for a very long time. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. "Our first stay at Avani Ao Nang Cliff was to celebrate my dad’s birthday with our extended family, following our previous experience at the Ko Lanta property. From arrival to departure, the thoughtful hospitality, polished service, and attention to detail created an elevated and memorable experience. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, efficient, and exceptionally warm. Special thanks to Pine, Nutty, Milk, Beem, and Tiger for making breakfast truly exceptional. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making this celebration so memorable. 10/10 overall experience. We look forward to returning to Krabi."

"Here’s a more elevated, luxury-travel version while still sounding genuine and personal: We had an exceptional stay at BlueSotel Smart Krabi and were genuinely impressed from the moment we arrived. We decided to upgrade our room at check-in, and the staff graciously accommodated us with an early check-in, which was such a wonderful way to begin our stay. The entire property feels modern, stylish, and beautifully maintained. Every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. The rooftop pool was an absolute highlight—the stunning views, beautiful setting, and relaxed atmosphere made it the perfect place to unwind. The location is another major plus. The hotel is just steps from the beach and within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and access to take the speedboat to the other islands, making it incredibly convenient while still feeling like a relaxing escape. We would absolutely stay at BlueSotel Smart again and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a stylish and memorable stay in Ao Nang, Krabi."
