The restaurant staff were very willing to address my dietary restrictions and provide some incredible food. I also used the spa, and it was a perfect way to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The hotel provides courtesy shuttles down to the market, which is greatly appreciated. They also have a daily high tea which I highly recommend. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit Nainital. "

"Whenever I go nainital, I prefer to stay in The Pavilion. Property location is very good,600-700 from main mall road. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is very supportive. Food is delicious "
