"Hotel is showing aging and needs renovation in some areas more than others the shower stalls in spa are worn out and show mold in certain areas, towels all worn out, lack of staff, no concierge and the single person at the reception has to handle everything causing annoying wait times Existing staff are very helpful and polite. Ordering a meal takes forever probably due to shortage of staff again. Overall we enjoyed our stay and room was nice and clean"
