"This property is a total scam. They don't even give you what you paid for. They will move you to euphoria hotel instead and give you a teeny tiny little room without the view and they will keep treating you horribly. I contacted orbitz to resolve the isssue but they couldn't do anything. This property MUST not be listed on orbitz. I've been a platinum orbitz member for years and this is the first time orbitz couldn't even help. STAY AWAY"

"It was great! I would to acknowledge all the girls at the reception. They were always helpful and made our trip pleasant. Also, the location is excellent. Front of the sea port and close to the cable cars and the old city. Recommended!"
