"We chose this hotel based on good reviews, room with private Jacuzzi and heated pools. Although the place is clean and staff is very nice, we had a number of problems during our stay. Pools were not heated, Jacuzzi constantly had to be serviced. no hot water to take a shower one morning, smoke-detector waking us up one night and had to call the front desk twice the next day to have it fixed. Parking is not free like the website indicates, I assume they may be referring to street parking outside the property? "

"Food was amazing. Layout of resort terrible. Have to cross a road to get to the pool , beware with children. Wasn’t clear from initial advert some areas were adult only areas and children areas were crowded and messy "

"This is such a brilliant hotel for young families. It’s a really beautiful place with some lovely restaurants, bars & some cute additions like the gelateria & the little on-site kafenio. The staff are brilliant with kids and they’ve thought of everything you need. Malia isn’t the prettiest area, but parts of the Old Town are charming with some lovely, great value restaurants. My only criticism of this hotel how expensive the restaurant are. We chose not to go half board or all-included but I wish we had – I think it would’ve been much better value overall!"

"The kitchen and bathroom were outdated. Lots of bugs on porch that were coming into room and vent in bathroom. Mattresses to twin beds pushed into one were very hard. Pool was very clean. Plenty of parking across busy street onto beach. Staff was nice."
