"Nice clean apartment in a central area of Kiama, very close to shops, cafes, main beach, and tourist attractions. Property includes aircon but this only covers main living/kitchen areas, main bedroom and second lounge area to the back of apartment has to make do with breeze from an enclosed terrace, but here there are no door screens. Fans (or aircon) in both these areas would improve the apartment, also a new ironing board. Otherwise property has good kitchen/dining facilities, washing machine ...

"Great location, minutes to the beach and the beds are very comfortable. The loungeroom furniture is dated and we didn't have connection to the internet. We did have a great Easter weekend and it felt cozy at night just could do with an upgrade of furniture and the bathroom taps to be replaced."

"The accomodation was old, tired and dated. It could do with an entire refresh especially given the price to stay there for a week, I think the owners could afford it. Bed was BROKEN is spare room and master was SUNKEN and NOISY. House is not air tight and was extremely loud in the winds. Would not recommend. "
