Loved the beach access from this property and the bicycling. Freshfields has nice shops and local bands that play weekends there. As a rec player, I don't think the ad should mention tennis when it costs 54 dollars per person per hour to play. Drove off the island to play.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very nice and spacious. Very close to beach and pool. The only thing I may suggest would be a new shower head in the bathroom and we had trouble using the dryer. It seemed to go on and off sporadically. However, I will definitely stay here again next year!

The condo was perfect for just the two of us. The location was pretty nearly on the beach and we were able to just walk on over to watch the sunset. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living room was comfortable with two recliners and a small sectional. Overall, the condo was perfect for two people. Kiawah is one of our favorite places for just how peaceful and beautiful it is. We’ve never been here in the fall but it may just be the perfect time. We truly enjoyed our mini-vacation.

Location was great. Grounds were well kept up. The unit was very dated. We found dirty dishes in the cabinets. Towels with holes worn through. Ironing board was not useable. No hangers in bedroom closet. Black mold on base board next to tub. Corrosion on bathroom sink. The property did not live up to what you would expect on a gated island. Management reimbursed us $125 for our troubles.

The condo itself is very nice. The only issue is that this unit does not have an assigned parking spot, so it's a few for all. 2 nights there I want able to park anywhere within a few hundred yards. Ended up parking where they put the resort shuttles and walking to the condo. LOTS of construction going on I'm the neighboring buildings which makes getting in and out a hassle. Once construction is done and there is actually an assigned parking spot, then 5 stars would be justifiable.

We have been going to Kiawah for over 30 years. Usually, we are with a large group of family members. This year to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, it was just my wife and I. What a great location! Only steps to the beach. It was so nice to run back to the home for something and be back on the beach in less than 5 minutes. The home was very clean, well stocked and it was the perfect place to stay for our weekend getaway.
