"I visited Wells Villa on a work trip for one night. On checking out, the receptionist said she could not print a receipt at that time but promised to email to me the same day. Despite several polite follow-ups via email and telephone, one week later I have still not received a receipt. And now, the receptionist is avoiding answering her phone. Very unprofessional."

"Altes ausrangiertes Hotel. Möchte sie aufmerksam machen, es steht bei den Mahlzeiten, alle Mahlzeiten inclusive. Richtig ist, keine Mahlzeit, auch kein Frühstück. Das Hotel liegt in einer Gegend wo nur Arme Leute wohnen, keine Bar, keine Bank, kein normales Restaurant, es ist nichts vorhanden. Nicht zu empfehlen."
