"Great staff and they called when room was ready and stored our luggage for us. It was a visit for my daughter's 21st birthday and the location was brilliant as she is at the uni there. Lovely, clean and quirky room and very quiet too. Breakfast was also really nice and again, great staff. "

Walls a little thin (or I had noisy neighbours :-) ) Reception Staff super helpful and friendly. Bar Staff and Bar Waitress faultless in helpfulness - Bar food (WH LOADED BURGER) arrived quickly and piping hot. Astons Breakfast (Sunday Morning) was fabulous, good selection. Hostess, waiters and waitresses - great job. Hotel Pool, Sauna and Steam, clean and perfect - changing rooms were OK. Jacuzzi was full (first come, first served) so did not use. Didn't use Day Spa or any treatments."

"Poor value. No towels in my room; had to ask the night-porter to find some. 10am on Sunday morning: corridors littered with soiled towels my departing memory. Declined £20 for a "continental breakfast on top of £317."

"Great facility with very friendly and helpful staff. We experienced no kssues or noise from being on the services as the hotel is set back. Onsite American dinner style restaurant was used for breakfast and again great staff and food. Only issue was we had an accessible room (requested) and the wet room didnt drain as it should, apparently a known issue that really needs to be sorted as removed ability to use the toilet after a shower unless you had wellies."
