"A new, stylish and comfortable apartment, as are most Homely Place apartments in which I've stayed.
Despite being a new building, there were maintenance issues: the bathroom sink was clogged and drained slowly. The showerhead (rain shower) had many of its pores clogged and therefore splashed water sideways. There was nowhere in the shower to put a soap bar except on the floor. The kitchen was well-equipped but no towel.
A very good stay despite those little annoyances.
