"I can’t stress enough what a beautiful place this lodge is. But not only the location itself with a surreal view on the national park is a highlight. My personal highlight was the staff which is incredibly kind, helpful and patient. Thank you Claire, Chantalle, Gilbert and all the rest of the staff for making this stay so, so pleasant and special."

"When i arrived they claimed to not have my booking. They then said i had to book witg them directly. They then said i can pay with my card for the room but each addition guest i had to give them cash. Theg saud j would have to cancel my booking but refused to accept thr cancellation hence taking my money. They then claimed i stayed at their residence when trying to make a claim with orbitz."
