Staff amazing Restaurant at the property amazing Rooms need some maintenance, nothing major just some touching up, i.e. a little lizard got in when no doors are open so must be some openings that need fixing. All in all its well worth the cost and i would stay there again as everything is 10-15 away even the current airport as they build a new international airport as thos country is on the rise rapidly

The hotel was clean, quiet and with friendly staff that gave you all the help you needed. The restaurant had excellent food and the staff was fantastic both morning and evening. The room was large and well equipped. The location is convenient with all you need within walking distance. We were very happy with the place and can recommend it for anyone.

Great option in Kigali, particularly if you have an event at the convention centre, which is an easy 15-minute walk, with just one short steep stretch as you leave the hotel. Other pro's: - Newish building, modern design - Friendly, helpful front desk staff - Spacious room, decent kitchen area - Comfortable bed - Fitness room (though a bit small/crowded) - Breakfast buffet (not a huge selection, but good quality) - Good WiFi Cons: - The shower is not separated from the rest of the bathroom, except by a curtain, so water ends up all over the floor. This seems like a common design in the region, but I found it really irritating.

The accommodation was good because there were various options, but the details were lacking. For example, the cooking exhaust vent was not connected to the outside, the shower stall had a curtain, so water spilled onto the floor, towels had to be requested every day, and the breakfast at the restaurant was far worse compared to other places. Good location, near Simba supermarket, close to few restaurants. Very friendly staff , nice swimming pool on the rooftop , room big enough with kitchen .Staff allowed late check out for free because we have late afternoon flight . One thing didn’t like was breakfast, not many options and long waiting time . For coffe needed pay extra . Apart from that excellent property. Would stay again if back to Kigali

This is NOT a hotel. There is no AC, no real restaurant, they tried to put me in a ground floor “apartment” which is open to outside. I’m a woman traveling alone. I left immediately and then Expedia said they would refund my $ but the “hotel” which is definitely not a hotel, is trying not to pay me back. I was there for less than 10m at 7am. Gross and shame on Expedia for marketing this sham

Very clean rooms but the general planning not functional. No AC, to work the faan you needed to unplug the TV-screen. When taking a shower the entire bathroom floor is flooded. Cabinets for clothing can not be opened because the dofa is in its eay. Etc. Rooftop bar is not constructed yet. The poolarea is not very nice; no towels, shades etc. Breakfast is served next to receptionen and ordered at the bar. Nice omelette, fresh fruit and juice. Coffee is NOT included (!) and is paid extra. A construction site is next door for a twin hotel so it is rather noisy. Overall; just ok but will not recommend it. But the staff is friendly!
