"When i arrived they claimed to not have my booking. They then said i had to book witg them directly. They then said i can pay with my card for the room but each addition guest i had to give them cash. Theg saud j would have to cancel my booking but refused to accept thr cancellation hence taking my money. They then claimed i stayed at their residence when trying to make a claim with orbitz."

"Very friendly staff. Easy walk to the airport. Motorcycles to anywhere in the city for 2000 RWF. Good breakfast. Cold or hot drinks available all day. Problem with music and noise from the bar after midnight but the staff fixed that after I complained. Reliable wifi."
