Great location and fantastic view. It was the perfect size for my husband and I. We love Kam 1 beach, which is a 3 minute walk. There are many wonderful shops and restaurants within walking distance. You get a fantastic view of the sunset every night. We stayed in March and spotted whales in the water! Be sure to bring binoculars!

Joe was so fantastic with his communication and help this get everything set up with a last-minute reservation. The view is gorgeous and you can watch the ocean all day! The location can’t be more perfect directly in town only minutes from great restaurants. The Furniture‘s are comfortable and cozy with an upgraded beachy feel.

A Memorable Maui Stay!

Myself and my girlfriend arrived to Maui end of August excited for a memorable trip. We left Maui as an engaged couple so I’d say we met our goal! For a fun trip like this, we wanted to find an apartment in a great location that was clean, accessible, safe and reasonably priced. This listing hit all of the marks and exceeded our expectations. For a small bit of background, I have stayed in this apartment complex before in a different unit for a family trip. I understood the location was great but what set this place apart is within the complex, the apartment was clean and the views were outstanding. Our host was responsive and accommodating. It was the perfect spot to set up “home base” during our holiday. I would recommend that anyone who is looking at a place to stay in Maui look no further. Recommendations have already been made to family and friends!

Limited toilet paper and paper towels, no Kleenex No response to email sent at booking Leaving the only key in lock box was inconvenient, would be nice to have a spare to take with you These are minor inconveniences we found, overall we were very happy with the location and cleanliness and would consider booking again in the future.

Perfect!

This met all my needs for downtime and work. The condo was as described and clean. Grabbing a beach chair to watch the sunsets. All residents and guests at the building were friendly and respectful. The view is amazing from the unit. Hoping available for my next trip back.

Can’t beat the view!

you can see and hear the waves from this bright unit! plenty of towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. TV too small to enjoy so would recommend upgrading that. manager was very responsive

Great location; would benefit from updates

2nd time we've stayed in this unit. Love the location, open views from the lanai (enjoyed seeing lots of whale activity). We were able to enjoy breakfasts and several evening meals in the unit. Virtually nothing has changed here over 8 years. Furnishings are showing age . . e.g. stovetop elements not securely level; bed is feeling old -not really comfortable. [Bizarre lack of switch to turn on light over dining table and living room fan!] Would really benefit from some updates.

The spot close to everything

Thank you Joe! The condo was the perfect size for the two of us and had everything needed for our stay. We used the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler most days for our daily afternoons at the beach. We filled our mornings with trips/tours of the island. However, we always had dinner on the balcony to watch the sunsets and humpback whales. There were grocery stores and restaurants nearby to pick up food and enjoy back at this little oasis. Joe's condo more than met expectations and would reserve this spot again.

Perfect Kihei Condo

Wow, what a view. I've been coming to Maui for 40 years and have never stayed 75 yards from the water with a 180 degree view of the ocean from a condo unit six stories up! And there is an large open air BBQ area on the roof! Condo is clean and the kitchen has everything you'll need and stores and restaurants are within easy walking distance.

Great spot in S Kihei

Great location. Well equipped property. Very easy and quick walk to Kamaole 1 beach - which was terrific. Nice sand and not too crowded beach with coral and lava to the left for nice snorkeling - saw several turtles and good fish. Great views from the balcony!!! Sunset every night was awesome. Condo had great beach chairs and three umbrellas and other things. Two coolers one of which we used for our day trip on the Riad to Hana. We recommend this property

Magic views from The Lanai

Very comfortable great appliances fridge oven microwave and dishwasher although a coffee “pod /capsule “ machine would have been nice. Awesome deck chairs and umbrella and snorkeling gear supplied. Thank you.
