This beautifully updated, fully air-conditioned 1-bedroom condo offers stunning views of the ocean, West Maui mountains and tropical gardens, and is just steps from the beach and the oceanfront pool. Bright, open, and modern, the space is thoughtfully designed for your comfort and relaxation. The bedroom features a comfy king bed, flat screen TV, plenty of storage, and a cozy sitting nook with amazing views of both the ocean and the mountains.

Start your mornings with coffee on the lanai while listening to the waves—and during whale season (Dec–May), you can even spot whales right from your seat! The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials—plus pantry basics like cooking oil, seasonings, condiments, and more. You'll also have a private washer and dryer with detergent, extra towels, and a Beach chairs, towels, and a cooler—everything you need to head straight to the sand.

Kealia Resort sits beachfront on peaceful Sugar Beach—South Maui’s longest stretch of sand. It’s the last complex on the beach before Maʻalaea, offering a sense of seclusion and serenity that's hard to find. It is right on the beach, the views from the balcony and windows are priceless. The Kelia property is a little older but kept up nicely. This condo is nicely decorated, clean, cute, and comfy. Lydia is very responsive and accommodating. We rented a jeep (which we highly recommend if exploring the island) and she gives you a dedicated parking spot! My husband & I had the most amazing vacation in Maui celebrating our anniversary and birthdays. Mahalo

Honeymoon in Kihei

Me and my wife honeymooned here. Could not recommend a better place. Especially if you want to stay away from the large resorts and have more privacy. Also a great central location on the island.

Such a beautiful spot!

We LOVED this spot! The pictures are spot on, we practically lived out on this balcony and on this beach. The location is great and around tons of other beaches and great food spots and shave ice as well. We traveled around to the other beaches but there was kind of no point because this beach was so quiet and private and even shaded in spots do you dont need an umbrella. I swam multiple times here because the waters were so warm and inviting. I've already recommended this condo to multiple friends and family.

This condo is everything you could ask for. The lanai view is spectacular, location is awesome, it has everything you could need from utensils to beach chairs. Communication was great! We would definitely stay again!

Second stay here!!

This property is so convenient for everything. Feels like a private beach. Everything the host has listed is spot on! We love the coziness, listening to the waves crash at night, the wildlife and roosters from the nearby wildlife refuge… We found this time that we could walk the beach to a farmer’s market, ABC store, and a little further for more things. Short drive to Maui Aquarium and Tante’s restaurant…and to the heart of Kihei, Kihei Caffe (must have coconut/pineapple/banana/macadamia nut pancakes), and Coconut's for the best island fish tacos. Thank you, Lydia, for being flexible with check in and so helpful. Until we stay again…

Gorgeous Condo, Perfect Location

My wife and I spent a few days here for our wedding anniversary. It was a great place, the perfect size for two people. We were close to places in Kihei and the beach wasn't crowded at all. Stunning views! Highly recommended!

This condo was very clean and comfortable. The view from the deck was amazing. We even saw whales from the deck with our binoculars (don't forget to bring yours) and the sunsets were beautiful. Loved the condo and location. Would definitely stay again.

This property has an amazing view of the ocean and beach. Very clean, comfortable sleeping area and nice kitchen to cook a meal in. I would highly recommend this ocean front unit for your upcoming visit to Maui. Great customer experience with booking and property manager. Looking forward to returning and staying in this unit again.

Busy adjacent road

nice location on beach but we had high winds all week that kept us off the beach so disappointing in that regards. Older property but seems to be well kept. liked the sunsets from here.
