This ground-floor, corner-unit condo is located steps from the pool area and steps from the beach! It’s shaded in the afternoon and has privacy hedges, making the lanai very enjoyable.

As a larger corner unit, it features 2 closets for extra storage and a desk space perfect for work or video calls.

We are zoned Hotel and are not affected by recent short term rental restrictions

Location, location, location! After vacationing at the Sugar Beach for 35+ years, we can honestly say that unit #111 is our favorite condo at the Sugar Beach Resort. This ground-floor, corner-unit condo is located steps from the pool area and beach! It’s shaded in the afternoon and has some privacy hedges, so you can enjoy dinner, drinks and games on the lanai. The location and positioning of this condo gives you easy access to ocean and resort amenities while being only a few steps away from home.

Head down to the manicured lawns, pull up a lounge chair and sunbath under swaying palms or take a 10 minute stroll south along the beach to the Maui Farmer's Market to pick up your fresh pineapple, mangoes and other local produce, including homemade baked goods! There's also a small ABC Store to pick up any last-minute items, plus some of the best Shave Ice on the island at “Ululani’s”.

Location:
The Sugar Beach Resort is centrally located on the island of Maui on a secluded beach just north of Kihei town. The resort is on the Sugar Beach, which is a beautiful and very usable beach where you can walk for miles on the beautiful sand, swim in the ocean, play in the sand, snorkel, boogie board, kayak, stand-up-paddle, enjoy the sunsets or just lounge on the beach.

• The Bedroom has a CALIFORNIA KING BED, TV w/ cable, 2 dressers, 2 nightstands, and a large closet. In Living Room- Brand New QUEEN SIZE PULL OUT COUCH w/ Memory Foam Mattress.
• The Bathroom is very functional w/ a vanity that is separate from the toilet/shower.
• The Living Room has a new 40” HD Smart TV (in addition to cable TV- watch your Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc). It is comfortably furnished with a couch, swivel chair, and dining table w/ 4 chairs. Brand New QUEEN SIZE PULL OUT COUCH w/ Memory Foam Mattress and 2 twin size air-mattresses w/ sheets in the bedroom closet.
• The Kitchen is fully equipped including: dishes, cups, silverware, microwave, oven, refrigerator, blender, Keurig Coffee maker, rice maker, baking pans, teapot and many other items, plus a full spice rack to cook up your favorite dishes.
• The Lanai (aka patio) is the full width of the unit and has a table and 4 chairs w/ privacy hedges. There is a private path from the lanai - Pool and beach access are only steps away.
• This is a corner unit so it's larger than a standard Sugar Beach Resort condo and it has an extra window in the living room, making it extra light and airy.
• Additional Supplies include an extra set of sheets for the Cal King bed, 1 queen pull out couch w/ sheets, 2 twin size air mattresses w/ sheets, a safe in closet, 4 beach towels, and 4 beach chairs.
• Green Feature- The building has solar panels so don't feel bad about cooling down with the Central AC.
