Fully remodeled in September 2021, this bright, beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom oceanfront property in Hale Kai O Kihei 210 welcomes you! This second floor condo is luxurious and comfortable and includes a brand new, top of the line split air conditioning unit. The location and proximity to the beach cannot be beat! Enjoy views of the ocean, whale watch, and enjoy the sunrise and sunset right from the private, second-story lanai. Lanai is equipped with custom, electric, sunshade and newly installed glass sliding doors. Just a mere 60 feet outside the unit you will find yourself on a beautiful, serene beach.

Our beach is very secluded and private. There are no public facilities here (bathrooms, showers, parking lots, etc.) which keeps the crowds located at other beaches. The water is shallow for a very long time until you reach the reef. You can wade with turtles or bask in the sunshine! Beach towels, beach umbrella, and beach chairs provided.

After a day at the beach you will enjoy the custom designed bedroom complete with a king bed. Leave the barn door open to hear the ocean or close it for privacy. The fully stocked kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar. Not a detail has been overlooked! The living area includes a memory-foam, comfortable pull-out sofa facing your 50” Smart TV.

A block away are many walkable convenient amenities including numerous restaurants, as well as retail shopping, and a full service grocery store.

Amazing stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean and updated, and you really cannot beat the view and private beach. This unit had everything we needed, including beach gear. The host was also very easy to get in contact with. Thank you, Joe, for an unforgettable stay!

Lovely place

We very much enjoyed our stay. The suite was very well appointed. The setting is beautiful and right on the beach. We had fun watching the whales from the balcony. We hope we will be able to come again.

Amazing Place and Stay

This was perfect for a quick trip to Maui. Gorgeous view from the balcony. Just a few yards to a nice beach with gentle waves. Beautiful newly remodeled condo. Quiet nights. Tons of great restaurants and a grocery store within a short walking distance. Perfect!

PERFECT location in Kihei, but just outside of the super busy section. Walkable to so much. Easy parking, easy check in. Condo is beautifully updated, fully stocked with everything you could need - beach towels, snorkel gear, beach chairs, fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable bed, extremely clean. Lanai was perfect for sunsets, even saw several whales. Will definitely be back!

Absolutely Fantastic

The condo was extremely clean with a breathtaking view of the ocean and sunset. We watched whales every day from the balcony. The bed was comfortable, condo was extremely clean, and location was perfect. We look forward to staying here many times in the future! Thank you for such a wonderful week!

Joe's place is excellent. You can tell he really cares about his property and his guests. The condo is well organized and equipped with everything you need, making it easy to settle in quickly and start enjoying your vacation. Everything is clean, the kitchen is great for cooking, the furniture is comfortable, and the view is fantastic! It was such a nice place to come home to after long days of sightseeing and beaching.

A perfect home away from home!

No detail is left out of this fantastic remodeled vacation rental! From the moment we walked in we felt we were home! The decor, the comfort of every piece of furniture, the VIEW, the AC and ceiling fans in both rooms made hot days so enjoyable inside. The beach chairs and small cooler made beach days perfect. Parking each day was a breeze with plenty of spots. Onsite laundry takes cards so no need to find coins. We have found our Maui getaway and will be back!

Great property

The room is great and the view is perfection. Great beach. Stayed early March. Saw turtles one day. 5 on beach and 3 more coasting along shore. Saw dozens of whales from lanai. Could see with naked eye but you would like to have binoculars for viewing. We hope to come back.

Very nice Condo, Nice Location.

This Condo was surprisingly available at the last minute. We were so lucky to have such a place for our family. (This is a perfect place for a family of 3.) It is right on the beach and the swimming pool was just steps from our door. The location is good with Safeway, the ABC Store, and our new favorite place to eat "Cool Cats" (kind of like a 50s diner that has almost everything anyone can eat) all within a mile. The condo itself is very clean and a great air conditioning system in the living room and bedroom. As far as things to take to the beach there were plenty! Beach chairs, snorkel gear, umbrella, Coolers, and more. Thank you so much Joe for being a great host and Easy to communicate with. This is a perfect place for a family of 3.

Amazing Stay

The property is just as pictured. The sunset and views from the balcony were our favorite. Beautifully renovated with nice touches throughout. There were even beach chairs/snorkel gear/coolers/etc on the balcony which made beach days a breeze. There are also posted quiet hours, which most people adhere to, but if you're late sleepers you'll definitely hear doors slamming/people (children) walking by the unit to use the stairs. My only wish was that there was in-unit laundry, but no matter, they had community washer and dryers on the ground floor for $5 a load and laundry detergent/softener at $1 each (quarters only & no machine). Overall we loved our stay and would definitely recommend to others.

We had a fabulous 10 days- a very quiet and relaxing property! Picture were excellent for the description. The washer and dryer are located on the first floor rather than in the unit and that was not clear in the description although it worked out fine for us. Might should consider updated cushions for the balcony chairs as they are worn and not comfortable or perhaps more of a lounge chair would be better. Overall a great property and we will be back!

Location is perfect with beautiful views and the beach right out your door. Lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of parking. Very comfortable unit, nicely updated. The air conditioner was very nice to have at night. Great to have beach chairs, towels, and cooler. The bed was very comfortable, we slept well. Would definitely stay again.
