NEW YEAR HOLIDAY RATES - We had a cancellation. Dec 30 - Jan 7 availability.

Private and very quiet, 5* rated by guests, ground floor, inner circle in highly desirable building # 5. This condo has been professionally renovated in 2024, overlooks a tropical garden, and has a partial ocean view.
This adult-oriented unit has two flat-screen TVs, high-end tropical-style furniture, including a King bed & Queen sofa, 4 person dining table, and many quality furniture and art pieces.
Our unit is centrally located in building #5 within the resort, with no road noise, and it’s an easy 5 minute walk to Kama'ole III beach or 1 minute to the pools and spas.
Our updated kitchen is a chef's delight and is outfitted with all items you need for everyday use. An abundance of dishes, stemware, cookware, toaster, coffee grinder & maker, blender, knives, etc.
There is a new washer & dryer in the unit with an iron & ironing board for your convenience.
Thirsty white towels are provided, and we have beach towels, umbrella, coolers and Tommy Bahama chairs, for your excursions.
The newly tiled outdoor lanai is perfect for sunset drinks or a morning brunch. Also enjoy a great cross breeze with the safety of our locking front entrance security screen door.
We offer late check-outs at 1/2 of the nightly rate for stays over 7 days.

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and so is the unit. It’s very comfortable and in a great location. You have an ocean and sunset view from your lanai. It’s a short walk across the street to Kamaole Beach 3. There are also beach chairs, an umbrella and a couple cooler options for beach days. It’s a beautiful place. The host is very thoughtful and easy to communicate with.

We had a lovely stay in this condo. It’s the perfect location in the complex for the pool but still really quiet. We prefer being on the ground floor too. The kitchen had lots of condiments for us to use which was really helpful not having to buy too much for a holiday. The beds were really comfy and my daughter said the sofa bed was the best she’s slept on! We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella too! It was easy to check in and great communication with the owner. You can walk down to the beach in 5 minutes and Kihei is a great location for access to the rest of the island.

Amazing Maui Stay

The location of this property couldn’t be more perfect. You are close to the pool so if you need anything from your condo, it’s a right there. Bottom floor so you have an open green space right off your back deck, with an ocean view in the distance! The location to the ocean is so prime. 5 mins walk and your toes are in the sand! Gwen and Dennis have provided a cooler, all the beach gear you can think of, chairs/towles/goggles and more for their guests. The communication was excellent with them. They were very pleasant to coordinate with :) thanks again!

Superb choice!

This condo is clean and modern and in an awesome location, just a short walk to Kam 3. We loved the ground floor location, which made it so easy to go to the pool, less than a minute walk from the condo. The resort is so pretty with manicured grounds and many beautiful flowers. The condo is super well equipped, with everything you could need in the kitchen. We also appreciated having spices and oils we could use. We had a late flight home and were able to pay for a late check out time. The ability to do this added a whole day onto our vacation! Gwen was an excellent host; easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone who is considering renting it!

Love everything about this beautiful home!

Beautiful condo! Our favorite spot to stay! The apartment location is very convenient with its own patio with the most beautiful view. The pool area, gym and renting booth is 30 seconds away. The beach is right across the street! The hosts were very welcoming leaving a welcome gift and a sweet note! Had everything we would need including beach supplies and snorkeling gear. Definitely recommend for a family vacation home! Can’t wait to be back!

Excellent choice

We had a great vacation in Maui. The condo was fantastic, beautiful furnishings with a Hawiian theme. There were plenty of dishes, pots, pans, cutlery and more. As soon as the groceries were put away, it felt like we were home.

We really enjoyed the location. Easy to walk to the beaches, overall very quiet and unit being on the main level makes it so easy to load and unload from the day. Also everything we needed and appreciated the extra supplies.

Amazing stay

Me and my husband came for our honeymoon. The space we rented from Gwen and Dennis was so lovely. the check in process was easy. Just a quick walk to the beach, whether to hang out there for the day or just to see the sunset. The pool is very close to the room and it was amazing having a first floor unit. Gwen and Dennis were so nice to deal with and left a few goodies as a welcome gift! They have most of the amenities you will need for the week! The only recommendation I have is if possible stop by the condo before going grocery shopping to ensure you don’t have to go back out again, or buy stuff that they already have!

Great, relaxing ground floor condo. Perfect for family trip

We were traveling with family for this visit and had family members staying in several condos in building 5. We loved this location (both in Kihei and in the complex). Being on the ground floor makes coming and going particularly easy, while the condo itself was a great place to relax and meet with other family members during our trip. We spent much of the time on the lanai, as it was very comfortable to sit and chat or just watch the sun go down. The trade winds cooled the condo nicely, though the AC also helped take the heat out of the air at times. Communication with Gwen was AMAZING. She was really on top of things and provided great information before and during our trip. Of the three condos our family stayed in during this trip, Gwen was the first to inform us of some planned, complex-wide, work that was going to have to be done while we were there and checked on us to make sure that all was well. This condo was well stocked with everything we needed and then some. This was a great condo and we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to all. Thanks Gwen!

Good choice for Kamaole Sands

Easy communication with owner, unit was conveniently by the back gate to easily get out to the highway, and also close to the pool but without the pool noise.
