Bedding Configuration:
Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed

Living Room: The living room is front and center to paradise allowing you to relax in luxury while you indulge in the view of palm trees swaying in the breeze and listen to the waves crash ashore. Watch a movie on the large flat screen TV or relax with good company on the plush down sofas. The lanai glass doors are fully retractable and will remind you that you are truly in paradise.

Kitchen: This extraordinary kitchen has everything you could possibly need during your vacation. Enjoy the state of the art under counter Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer with digital temperature control settings. Cook your meals to perfection with the Wolf induction cooktop burner or microwave convection oven. Concoct your favorite beverage with the Vitamix blender or grab your favorite drink out of the Sub-Zero beverage cooler. No need to walk down to the ground floor to launder your clothes, the hidden washer/dryer is also in the kitchen. Whatever it is you desire, this kitchen absolutely has it all, including a beautiful oceanfront view!

Bedroom: Sleep soundly in a plush Queen-size bed surrounded by beautiful reclaimed redwood walls. The bedroom is distinctively equipped with bedside lighting and end table nooks to plug in your electronics. There is also a full length mirror and a beautiful bookshelf, as well as under-bed drawer storage for your belongings. This bedroom is a quiet refuge with just the right ambiance. The extra spacious bathroom next door with double sink and open shower also await.

Lanai: The views from the lanai are second to none. Step outside to your private lanai to find ultimate relaxation here. You will love how the lanai feels like an extension of the living room because of the completely retractable doors. Witness breathtaking sunsets and moonlit nights. During whale season (December - April), enjoy the thrill of Humpback whale-watching!

Location!

The grounds of this property are immaculate, clean and well kept. We loved the location in central Kihei and just steps from the beach. The view from the balcony was amazing and we love how everyone flocks to the beach for sunset. The condo was super cute and had everything we needed. Management was very responsive to the few questions we had.

Perfect location in Maui

This property was in the perfect location and served all our needs. The beach is easily accessible right downstairs, and it’s a very short walk to Times Supermarket for any groceries or toiletries. There are also several restaurants nearby, so you don’t need to travel far for a meal.The unit itself was well stocked and reasonably clean. It has dishware, silverware, pots/pans, cleaning supplies, a stove and microwave - the only thing that could be missing is a toaster oven. We noticed “ant killer” in one of the supply drawers, and later did see some teeny tiny little ants, but not enough that it bothered us. The lanai was amazing to get fresh ocean air, and I was pleasantly surprised that they supplied two beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and cooler as well. We didn’t use all of these, but it’s nice to have, so you don’t need to rent elsewhere.On the last day, there was an issue with our doorcode where we were locked out, but the office responded and resolved the issue within the half hour. Overall, we’d be happy to stay here again!

Beautiful Sunsets

This condo is the perfect quiet place to stay in Kihei. Modern finishes and fully stocked. I can't say enough about the location - walking distance to many restaurants, steps from the beach, beautiful sunsets from the balcony. *The only tiny suggestion is more comfortable seating on the balcony. The sunsets are so wonderful that we wanted to sit out there for at least an hour.

Excellent stay

We specifically picked this unit for its modern and updated look. We stayed here for 7 nights and it did not disappoint. It was clean and functional, and I greatly appreciated the in-unit washer/dryer. Being steps from the ocean was a huge perk as well.

Wonderful place

We had a great time staying here. It’s very comfortable,has everything needed, and decorated beautifully! Great location right on the beach so fabulous views. We would definitely stay here again! My only regret was me not bringing a pair of binoculars bc I kept hoping to see a whale as I was hanging out on the wonderful balcony!

Great beachfront property

The condo was well appointed and updated nicely. The check-in/out process was seemless. Parking was easy and close to the unit. The views and access to the beach were even better than I thought. Sunsets were gorgeous. Would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing location and views!

Stayed here a few days for our honeymoon. It was a fantastic location with fantastic views. There is an AC unit and fan in the general seating area and 1 fan in the bedroom. If you are staying here in the summer, the bedroom will be extremely hot still and a 10+ degree difference from the other area in the unit. But that does not detract from how amazing and beautiful this place was! We saw dozens turtles right off the beach and from the lanai. Great snorkeling is just down the beach and a lot of restaurants and markets are within walking distance.

Wonderful Maui vacation spot!

We loved our time in Maui and this condo was a huge part of why. It has a pretty good location and easy access to most places on the island (close to airport, Makena Beach, and only about 30 minutes from Lahaina, a favorite spot of ours). The condo was well equipped and the renovations were great. We loved the bathroom and the balcony, plus the HUGE sliding doors created great views at all times. We did get a tad warm in the back bedroom since the A.C. unit was in the living room, but overall this didn’t negatively impact our trip. Thanks for a great stay for our first time on Maui!

Perfect Maui Stay

This place was perfect for our honeymoon trip to Maui. The place was clean, and well cared for. The property was very well-maintained and easy to navigate. We felt we picked the perfect place in Maui to stay as it felt secluded with easy access to the beach - the beach and pool area were never packed or overwhelmed with people which made for a relaxing few days. I could go on and on, but this place was seriously perfect :) hope to return in the future

A GEM!!!

When we pulled up to the building we weren't sure about the spot. Wow were we blown away!!! The unit has been entirely renovated with high end appliances and decor. The unit is small but space is maximized and it feels bigger than it is. The VIEW!!! AMAZING!!!! A 180 degree view of the beach and mountains. Walk down stairs right onto what feels like a private beach (although it is public). A small but exceptionally clean pool is on property. Plenty of hoses to wash sand from your feet after the innumerable walks on the sand. Highest recommendation for one or two visitors.

Awesome first trip to Maui!

The condo was wonderful and it was in a perfect location to explore the island. We enjoyed the beach view from the patio…especially the amazing sunsets! Azeka is a shopping area with stores and amazing restaurants within walking distance. Da Kitchen, Nalu’s, and Nutcharee’s were some of our faves. We would also recommend renting snorkeling gear for you stay at Snorkel Bob’s. Highly recommend! We hope to come back in the future!

Perfect View & Stay for Two!

We enjoyed the convenient location, amazing ocean view and modern design of this unit. Everything was well laid out, very clean and appreciated the ceiling fans/air conditioning when needed. The lovely contemporary kitchen, appliances (washer & dryer a plus!) and island with stools all worked great for two people. It was easy walking distance to get groceries, restaurants, food trucks and coffee! The grounds, parking, lawn and pool were very well kept and were a nice transition between the building and the beach just steps away. Suggestion would be a few more hooks to hang clothes/towels. Thank you for making the check in/check out process so easy with email and text reminders.

Stayed mid October apartment was amazing views were stunning so handy for the beach and after sight seeing we ditched the hire car as shops and restraunts are within walking distance. Would definetely go back
