Mana Kai 412 with direct ocean views and beach access! Mana Kai is one of Kihei's most exclusive resorts, located right on Keawakapu Beach!

This beautifully upgraded 2bd/2bath is perfect for families or couples traveling together. Enjoy gazing off at the magical Maui waters, catch a whale or two breaching during season, or enjoy a breathtaking sunset with direct ocean views from your private lanai. Dine alfresco with seating for four.

The living area is perfectly appointed with a large 55" flatscreen SMART TV. Open directly to the kitchen fully equipped with everything any home chef would need.

The Primary suite is located right off the living area with a King bed and luxurious linens. The ensuite bath offers a walk-in shower and a large vanity.

The Guest suite is very spacious with a king bed, luxurious linens, a 40" flat screen SMART TV, and an ensuite bath.

Split AC throughout keeps this beautiful condo cool and comfortable all year long.

Mana Kai 412 offers the perfect Hawaiian retreat! The resort atmosphere includes an oceanfront pool, two propane BBQs, onsite laundry facilities on each floor, free parking, a fitness center, activities center, general store, and a business center.

Please be aware that all Mana Kai units feature a primary bedroom that is an ''open concept'' and is not closed off from the living room area.

Mana Kai will continue construction and maintenance effective immediately, including essential concrete repairs near the lobby and restrooms, as well as preparations for the new Beach House at Mana Kai restaurant by Handcrafted Restaurants (Peter Merriman, known for Monkeypod Kitchen, Merriman’s, and others). While we do not have a full schedule or end date yet, work will take place on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no activity on weekends or holidays. Guests may experience some noise and temporary restroom closures during this time. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you.

Wonderful apartment had everything we could need for a wonderful stay. Beautiful views and swimming beach right out the door. The pool was nice for a non sand swim. Convenient to have a shop right downstairs and the 10pm late checkout was so worth it for our evening flight. Would come again with no hesitation, loved the modern updates to the suite.

Location in southern Maui was great for exploring the entire island. Views were great and the beach at the property was excellent for swimming and snorkeling. The layout is a bit different than I thought when booking. The second bedroom in on an outside hallway leading the occur keep the curtains shut throughout the stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo is spacious and well stocked with what you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was soft which we liked and the bedding towels and linens were good quality. More hotel style than older island style. The condo staff is outstanding and they keep the grounds immaculate and there is security to keep you safe. The grassy area is very nice the pool small but refreshing and the beach is one of the best on Maui.

Great unit in great location. Unit was as depicted, with ocean view and right on the beach. Very comfy bed. Communication with property manager was seamless and we got into the property early. The property was clean, but there were tiny ants in the kitchen/bathroom area. They were harmless but a bit annoying. Otherwise, perfect rental.

The accommodations were wonderful with an upscale kitchen and living space, plus a fabulous view of the ocean. We enjoyed the semi-private beach, lounging lawn, and warm water swimming pool. It was a bonus to have two restaurants and a bar on the premises as well as a convenience store. It was also an easy walk to the Wailea Beach shops and hotels. We can't wait to go back!

I would highly recommend this condo. The location worked very well for us. It was a beautiful condo and wasn’t lacking in any items we needed. The resort area also met our needs. The beach was beautiful. It had a nice pool, a rental store for snorkeling and other water activities. There was also a general store and restaurant on site which was very convenient.

We loved our stay here. The condo location was perfect. Relaxed, beautiful beach with great green space overlooking the beach under the palms if you wanted to be outside but not in the sand. Condo had everything we needed for a family of 5 adults/teens. Small store on the first floor was very convenient! The restaurant was closed for renovation during our stay, so can’t comment on that. This particular unit had a great view of the ocean and was very clean! Included beach towels & plenty of beach chairs to use during stay. Reserved parking spot in the lot was nice. Very convenient to shopping & restaurants in Wailea & Kihei, but in a less busy area. I definitely recommend staying here.

We had an amazing time at the Mana Kai! Our week there was amazing and we then went to the Grand Wailea. The entire family agreed. We like the Mana Kai way more. The 808 store, the pool, the beach, nothing but praises from our family. The condo itself was perfect too. Everythng we could need, clean, super comfy beds... if youre look at this listing I'd highly recommend it. Location is prefect too!

It was just as described. It is in great condition - the view, and the property we could not have been more pleased. The actual location of the property is ideal - right on the beach, with a great pool, convenient general store on first floor, and a walk or short drive to all the restaurants, stores, shops, and bars in Kihei/Wailea. We have travelled to Maui for over 10 years and stayed at the Mana Kai several times, this is one of the best, if not the best, unit in the building. Its beautifully and thoughtfully renovated and furnished. On the best beach in Maui with unbeatable views up the coast to Wailea. Great snorkeling right at the piont outside, beach combing in the tidal pools for kids. Walk to the Grand wailea and Four Seasons for lunch. Its everything you could want in a Maui vacation. We will be back.

This was our 6th stay at the Mana Kai and this was by far the best unit with amenities and comfort in mind. The unit has been completely redone and no expense was spared. The drawers and cupboards were filled with everything we needed with no stops to restock. All units have a beautiful ocean view so that is comparable. Having the board rental shop, Zacks convenience store, Five Palms restaurant and the best beach right on the premises is truly amazing. We will be back. Thanks Kathy and Larry.

The location never disappoints. I was disappointed in the communication from the property manager. They did not get me my code or parking space. When I reached out there was no way to contact except a VM and an email. I did both and never received a response even after I had security help me at 9pm. They did get a response from the property manager and I was in my room by 10pm. The condo itself was great. There was almost everything I could need. Maybe a Keurig instead of a coffee pot LOL

Wow, we were just so delighted with our stay here. Steps to a wonderful snorkelling / swimming beach (go in the morning, the water is much calmer!), got surprised by a sea turtle out there, little shop downstairs with basics (ice, drinks, snacks). And the condo itself!! The bed was SO COMFORTABLE. The tv swivels so you can easily laze about in bed or on the sofa. Not that you’ll be watching much tv. We ate breakfast on the balcony, then out all day and back to the balcony for happy hour before dinner. We loved our stay here. The host has also stocked the kitchen and unit with everything you’ll need. And NICE wine glasses and big coffee mugs, not the usual tiny tourist sized ones. The only thing missing that we wished for was a cooler bag for our road to Hana day! Mahalo, thank you so much!!

Needs to be replaced. Coffee mugs have permanent stains. Ick. 5). Dishwasher doesn’t work properly. Soap never dissipates. We cooked several times so we washed dishes several times. 6). Electric outlet in kitchen by stove not working. 7). The blow dryer doesn’t work well. Needs to be replaced. 8). Pictures on website show the space as bigger than it was. These are small things that would improve your visitor experience and I thought they would be helpful. But I will say that the view and overall experience we had was really wonderful. Thank you!

Unit #412 was super nice. Both the building and the unit present as in the pictures. No big surprises. There are some major renovations going on to the building - read the notices - which are focused on the restaurant, outdoor tiki bar and fitness centers as of now. These did not impact our stay in any significant way. Although I must say I’d be excited to come back when they are done as it will truly enhance an already great experience .

The beach is just outside your door, very kid friendly for swimming and playing at the beach. We like staying in Kihei, more local not as touristy. Many great places to eat close by.
