I liked the location and the amenities. I was upset about the fact that the room was only clean in visible areas. It didn't seem that the housekeeping ever vacuumed under the beds or washed the sofa cover or table mats. You should expect that dishwasher detergent is not provided and you'd need to buy your own. Same goes for shampoo and shower gel, which I didn't expect. There is a notice in the room stating that for 11+ day stays, housekeeping will organize a mid-stay cleaning. It never happened.

The location was good. The beach was very small to non existent, but many other beaches near by. Was nice they provided beach chairs, umbrella and snorkel gear for 2. Room was a little small for a family of five, but doable. Wish they had more organized events like live music, fire dancers, etc.

The condo is cozy and the property is gorgeous, but some of the amenities are dated. Managers were very friendly and helpful, and there's plenty of parking. Would stay here again when i visit Maui again

Best thing is location followed by the property grounds (landscape, pool, grills, and gym). Unfortunately, our one bed unit had a small bedroom with even smaller on suite bath. I think it was remodeled (converting one bath into two). The condo was a good size with ocean and mountain views from lani. Our unit could really use some new living room furniture. The couch was very uncomfortable. They said we could check in early but should have utilized the time to better prepare unit for next guests. Generally clean but there was sand and mold build up in showers. Nice, quiet, and on the beach.

Kihei is a good spot to stay in Maui

Pros: Beautiful view, well maintained property, great location with access to activities and restaurants while right on a fairly quiet beach, kitchen was well equipped for a rental, Wi-fi worked well Cons: The construction noise while we were there was intermittently insanely load, the beds are small, the pool is full sunrise to sunset
