This one bedroom, two bathroom condominium offers a breathtaking OCEAN VIEW, with all the amenities of home, suitable for couples. Open the lanai door to hear the waves and allow the trade winds to gently cool the unit keeping it comfortable. You will appreciate that the KITCHEN IS FULLY EQUIPPED for your convenience. Wi-Fi, cable TV, queen size pull out sofa bed and a stackable washer/dry await you. The bedroom has a king size bed, an on-suite bathroom, portable A/C and a self locking safe. You have your own numbered parking space for your car. An elevator will take you to the third floor where you will see the spectacular ocean view and once you step through the door you will notice how our team is dedicated to ensuring you are welcomed to a CLEAN UNIT when you arrive. The EXTRA LARGE LANAI is shaded and equipped with table and chairs for you to sip your morning coffee or raise your glass to an end of a perfect day.

Kamaole Sands is located in Kihei, south Maui, which is the drier side of the island and borders the exclusive neighborhood of Wailea. Its 15 acres of lush tropical gardens are carefully landscaped with colorfully lit fountains and waterfalls. Enjoy the large pool, a children’s pool, two Jacuzzis as well as the workout room, two tennis courts, three pickle ball courts and eight gas barbeques. The resort is located in walking distance to Maui’s best beaches. It’s only a three minute walk to the pool or three minutes to the ocean. Around the corner from the resort are the upscale Shops of Wailea, restaurants, Wailea golf courses or you can turn the other way to visit some of Kihei ‘s fine dinners, boutiques, activities, and grocers. The resort has a 24 hour front desk, computer terminals, an activity desk and evening security. During the winter months look out towards the ocean and catch a glimpse of the whales as they play in the warm waters off the shore.
